Absolutely the the worst place ever. Extensive wait times, Poor management, lobby over loaded with frustrated patients. Front and back staff seem to be confused on what is to be done. Staff is slow to assist patients waiting. Not sure why anyone would come here as there are much better facilities in the area. Too much confusion and lack of responsibility to provide good customer service. Don't bother if you value your day.

I had a good experience yesterday at the walk-in clinic. The young lady (Cadence) at check-in did her job efficiently but was all business. I didn't wait long. The nurse that did my vitals was very friendly and thorough. I was seen by Andrew Schmudde, PA. I appreciated that he was thorough and had a good bedside manner. He offered several ideas to help with my ailment. I will ask for him next time.

The wait time for the walk in clinic was horrendous. The two ladies at the check in were rude and dry and couldn't even offer so much as a smile to me. They barely spoke two words while checking me in and were more interested in continuing their conversation with each other. On top of that, when I asked her how much longer the wait would be before someone would see me, she was super rude in her response/tone with me and responded with "I can't tell you that." There are different ways she could've said that to me. All in all, I completely regret coming here for my care. Service was super low, and when I got service, It was poor.

Marcie was my nurse today and did a fantastic job! I appreciate the attention and effort she put in to making the visit personal and not just another patient being herded through. I have been going to FamilyCare Specialists for about 20 years. Today I was informed that my doctor, Dr. Murff, will be retiring. I hate to see him go, but wish him well in his retirement. It will be hard seeing someone new.

Love this Dr office.easy to make appointments and going to the lab is quick and easy. Love Dr. Murff been going to him for years he explained everything you need to know about your health tell you what all he going to do for you. Love him the nurses is great doing there jobs they ask you the question that all nurses should ask then ask if there are anything that the drs. should be aware of I like that.i would tell people to come down there if they need a drs.

I love doctor Hicks. He's very professional and takes time to listen to you and also is not afraid to recommend giving you advice you may not want to hear. I've been seeing doctor Hicks for almost 16 years and I've never had a bad experience. I would recommend doctor Hicks to my family or anyone else that needs a new doctor

The wait wasn't long and doctors very nice. Although Dr. Murff. Completely missed that my dad had stage 4 renal Carcinoma. He was told to get more excersise and passed away from multiple tumors inside a month. The only one that caught the tumors was a heart surgeon at a different facility. By then it was to late. My mother and I still go here but we see a different Dr. Let's be honest, insurance companies have completely destroid healthcare in the United States.

I went in to the walk in clinic on Old Weigarber road, and was seen for severe sciatic nerve pain. Each staff member was empathetic and timely. They explained things to me. It was a smooth visit considering all the circumstances going on right now. They all worked as a team. I Would go back for a walk-in over going to urgent care any day.
