I am beyond frustrated with this clinic. My son has been on service with them for YEARS, yet and still they would not work with him to continue his behavior modifying medication while he is at a boarding school out of state. I have been given inaccurate information multiple times from their staff, which has also delayed treatment for my son and putting him at disadvantage.
The day of his telehealth appointment, they decided to call and let me know they would not be seeing him. Sad. They are just looking for the numbers, go to a clinic that truly cares about the patients they are servicing in this community. They don't, it's all about the money

They never want to give me my medicine we have to constantly call and fight with them to get it last time I went two days before I got my medicine all they say is I'll leave a message with the doctor and the doctors never look at it if they want to keep people coming there they need to have better customer service and better doctors

They do change doctors frequently, but they are always knowledgeable. The best thing about the clinic is the extended hours on Monday and Tuesday so children do not have to miss school when they need wellness visits, physicals, or shots. The lab for blood work is in the same building and the local hospital is nearby if x-rays are needed.

My fiance went after finally deciding to go after a long battle with depression and anxiety. Everything was going decently until he had a shift change at work and couldn't keep his morning appointment any longer. The next one available was weeks to almost a month away! Which is understandable, I know things fill up, but they would not refill or extend his medicine until he was able to see the doctor. Having only enough to make it a couple of days past the appointment, no appointment was going to be soon enough.
This is an antidepressant! It's not something you cut people off of with no taper. So 2 months of increasing dosage just for that to happen has not only made him terribly sick, but disheartened. This kind of thing could seriously make someone kill themselves or hurt someone else when you're talking about the chemicals in the brain. I truly believe they don't care, and I wouldn't advise anyone to go there seeking any kind of mental health treatment. Seeing another similar review just confirmed that.
We've moved on to a better, more caring doctor, but we still have to go through this process all over again. As for us, we're done, but I hope they make some changes so that anyone that does go there doesn't have to go through the same thing.

My experience was terrible. First I had a nurse that seem as she was lost, she just looked puzzled, she didn't know where anything was, she didn't know what room to put me in. Let's not talk about the wait, I was there for my yearly exam so I was waiting nude for about 45 mins. When I was through instead of them coming back giving my prescription, I had to ask the nurse practitioner could I leave and she told me she would call my medicine in.
I went to the doctor thursday and it is monday it has not been called in yet. The nurse that I seen look real dingy and her uniform was faded. I think when you work in that kind of profession, you should look professional. She looked as if she just woke up from a homeless shelter. If you got health insurance or can afford it I would not recommend this place.
