Only a 1 because their billing system has been a nightmare to navigate and requires constant monitoring and calls. After insurance we had a 865.00 balance which they graciously allowed us to set up payments. I set up an automatic draft and over a 6 month period I have had to call 4 times and received 2 nasty letters for "non payment" when my bank clearly had a draft on the agreed upon date. Yet again this month they drafted 100.00 but only credited my account 50.00; call number 5 to billing. Surgeon was great; billing terrible. Watch your accounts closely!
