When needing medical care outside of normal business hours, we offer after hours clinics at some locations for patients. Our medical team can diagnose and prescribe a treatment plan. Living in East TN, we know a thing or two about seasonal allergies.

A nurse is NEVER available. After hours clinic takes one patient every HOUR and then stops accepting patients because they can't keep up. They ask you to keep coming back time and time again collecting their insurance money but give you no help! If your short staffed stay that! But you cannot IGNORE people who need medical attention and just send them on their way!

I'm very dissatisfied with the services here. I am having an issue with a doctor that needlessly runs up my bills. Not only for appointments but for test results and tests that I never approved. Some of the tests that have been run without approval aren't even covered by my insurance. I can't even get any of Healthstar Physican employees or anyone from the administrative offices to call me back when I leave voicemail asking for help. DON'T GO WITH HEALTHSTAR.

He went to the appointment first time the assistance was nice I wouldn't recommend the Doctor to much BS and No Help wasted of my time.so he left and he talked to his primary doctor and they said they just trying to make more off medicare I will call and report Dr Dennis The odd thing Riva called 4 times after he left. Bugging us just to tell us that so called Dr didn't want to see him anyway lolol. You got that wrong Alex don't want to see a who do doctor. Don't harass us write a letter. Don't go to this place it's a joke

I have really liked all the people who work here, both at the urgent care and in the podiatry office. They don't keep you waiting. I feel like I've had really good care. I would give them five stars if their online services were better. I filled out all my paperwork online, but still had to redo it in person at the office. There is also no way to check in online or over the phone and wait in your car until your appointment, you have to wait in the waiting room. It's probably just because it's such a big facility.

This facility needs training in customer service. The individuals that answer the phone when you are trying to make an appointment as a new patient are rude! Both my Wife and Son experienced the same treatment. The last thing people need when they are ill and looking for some answers is to deal with individuals who clearly do not care about your personal well-being and give off the vibe that they hate their job. For what medical care costs in this day and age, you would think they would be happy to take your business. You won't be getting mine.

Overall good place, staff and doctors are nice and helpful. However, it did take a long time to schedule an MRI and surgery. Went in early December, I understand the holidays and such put them behind but didn't have surgery until February 5th. That is the only thing i dislike, is how long the process actually took to get my knee fixed. However, it finally happened. Not a bad place like i said the doctor and staff were friendly and did what they could, i just wish it didn't take as long.

What a joke! Brought my husband in New Years eve, thought he had the flu. The doctor was SOOOO rude, gave him prescriptions for an inhaler, cough syrup, and antibiotic. The antibiotic had some nasty side effects, well, my husband had a bad reaction to it 15 minutes after taking the first one. I called the clinic Sat. morning at 9:30 and again at 2:30 that same day, was informed how busy they were and the nurse would get back with me a.s.a.p.
To this day, I still haven't heard a thing from them, after all, it's only been 3 days now. Not calling them back, NEVER going back there and if anyone asks me about going there, you know what I'm going to tell them right?
