The Staff lied about the pricing. I have gotten Botox injections too take away a frown line I had 2 visits and not seeing any results from the injections units. I feel like it's a waist of money! Dr Walton is very nice lady overall.

Folks better never answer the phone, they literally pick up the phone then hang up on you. This is Very unprofessional, if you don't like answering the phones then find another job.

You better off going in person. They Never answer the phone they will actually pick up the phone and hang it up. Can someone do there job

The doctor and staff are awesome, office is clean, professional team. You feel like a part of a family when in the office. You do not feel rushed at all.

I went there for itchy underarms last year and doctor prescribed me a topical ointment for every day use. After 3 months of use I started getting stretch marks on my underarms showing deep tissues so I went back with the concern and she said it was caused with my weight gain, but I don't a stretch mark anywhere else on my body. Now I have found out that ointment she gave me was causing my skin to thin out and caused those stretch marks.

Now I have to live with this because they didn't know what they were doing. I also went there for facial laser hair removal and didn't notice a difference even after all the sessions were used. WASTE OF MONEY ALL THE WAY AROUND!1

I used the "Contact" feature to send the office a note. After two days with no reply, I called. I was immediately placed on hold with music. The music played for five minutes on a loop and then the call was disconnected. They will not be getting my business.

They lie. The nurse practitioner told me a procedure may be covered by insurance if i had complaoits of itch and pain. I told her yes. She wrote in my notes she wrote the client was told in advance the procedure will not be covered! Liar! I have yet to received a call back from when I inquired about my bill!
