I haven't been that disappointed in a long time. I made an appointment for a hearing test and after arriving early, sitting in, then walking through a cold driving rain I finally made it in to the office. My time in the waiting area was was far longer than I would consider acceptable, but I did finally make it in to an office. Much to my disappointment after approx. 4 minutes of the "professionals' time " I was told to follow the doctor.
I thought of course that we were headed for a hearing test room but instead found myself at the check out window being asked when I would like to schedule a hearing test. I suppose that should be worth $ 345.00. Don't think I will be scheduling that test anytime soon.

I called on a Friday to make an appointment for lingering left ear pain and irritated left tonsil. My doctor, Dr. Gaito, had a bit of a wait and his schedule wasn't matching with my availability but they were able to make an appointment for me on my day off with the P.A. Russel Otto. He was excellent! Very personable, friendly, and easy to talk with.
He was extremely thorough and asked me lots of questions to get to the bottom of my problem. He explained in detail what I was experiencing and why. Used visual aids to make sure I understood. Talked about prescription and over the counter solutions and inquired about my insurance because he was concerned about out of pocket expenses! I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to make another appointment if needed. Staff was very pleasant and efficient.

I had a referral from my primary care to see the ENT due to persistent sinus infections. I've been on an antibiotic for over a week and my congestion has progressed rather than regressed. I called the ENT and the first available appointment they had for someone whose family has always used them, who's been a patient there before and who has a doctors referral, was over 2 weeks away.
I called another ENT and they were more than willing to get me in by the end of this week. Needless to say, I hope they reconsider how they treated me, and treat others better in the future. I will tell everyone I know the poor experience I've had with this practice.
