The receptionist area was clean, and the receptionist friendly and competent. The eye tech was thoughtful, the doctor was amazing - not only in her bedside manner but also with her knowledge of what was needed. The eyeglass tech was efficient and helped find possible frames for me. All in all, an excellent experience!

Paige (Frame and Lens Specialist) was a breath of fresh are, to say the least, in the customer service department! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also REALLY appreciate the frame styling service they provide. So many times (at other places) have I walked in to shop for glasses and ended up leaving because it's so overwhelming. Paige listened to my likes/dislikes, took appropriate measurements, and paid specific attention to my prescription in order to style/fit me with the perfect pair of glasses. The best part is- I didn't have to do any of the searching or legwork! 10/10!

Exam went great but I had to get my glasses adjusted and it took forever. I can't say for sure yet how long because it's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for someone to come out of that room. I've got things to do and I'm about ready to leave without my glasses. I would like to add that Dr. Harper is great. I'm been seeing her for several years and couldn't be happier with her.

Dr. Kimball & the whole staff are always so great to work with. I had my 2 & 3.5 yr old in for their visits & Dr. Kimball was amazing with the kids. He made it fun & my 3.5 yr couldn't wait to tell grandpa about his check-up with that eye guy . I have been going there since I was a kid & happy to continue taking my kids now too.
