A generous one star at that. This place is a joke. Stay clear. Takes a week to get a prescription approved. Twice in the last two weeks I've gone through this. I sent in two prescription requests and went to pick them up after 5 days. Only one was there. I called and was on hold for 28 minutes and disconnected. Called back and was told it had been sent to the pharmacy but they would resend it.
I waited at the pharmacy for 20 minutes -no prescription. Called back. "Oh they were sending it to our pharmacy who can take up to 72 hours to send it to your pharmacy" Today I called, on hold for 15 minutes, to check on another prescription I sent in three days ago. "Oh that hasn't been approved by the doctor yet" For all of you that have had a sudden flair up of gout you know how much fun it is.
Apparently it was up to me to inform them that I needed my med right away. No place to put this on the online request. This place is pitiful at best. Wow. Granite medical was once a fantastic provider. Now its a cash cow for whoever with no service and the doctor of the month club. 8 of my doctors have quit here over the last few years.

What a terrible place. Dishonest. Lying. They are stealing $723 from me in 12 monthly $65 increments. If your bill says anything about A Allmendinger, call the police immediately. It's a shady business. Don't walk, run away from this doomsday palace. I had some blood drawn. I saw a doctor, not named A Allmendinger, I watched some baseball on my computer.
Then they stole my money. Update. If you have a bill with Atrius. Negotiate. They know that they're extortionists. They're afraid you'll call the AG. Tell them to reduce your sentence. Or just stay away. And keep an eye out for A Allmendinger. It's a fake name! They will bill you for seeing him. This was the worst medical experience I've ever had. I drive to Providence now to stay away from Atrius. Burn in hell, Atrius.

Would not recommend. They don't care enough about their patients to even allow them to make an appointment even after saying they had availability. Someone who was a patient for an extended period of time. They were very rude over the phone and basically told me to pound sand. I will look for care elsewhere.
