Terrible experience this morning with the front desk receptionist on the 7th floor, uninformed, not friendly, racist, when my appointment arrived, canceled without notice, a waste of time.

A family member of ours was on life support and we had been told that morning that when they took him off that they would allow us to all be there in the waiting room when they did despite COVID restrictions, which we were all greatful for. Yet when it came time for it, the refused to allow us there and were VERY rude about it. Two days before there had been a family of 8 in the waiting room when they're family member was passing.

The night before someone had slept in the waiting room! I understand COVID has all hospitals on red alert but don't give special treatment to some families and not all. And especially don't be rude to those grieving.

The Records Department is in dire need of help! My STD was not approved due to their lack of attention, urgency and knowledge. As a patient, no one should have to spend time following up trying to get records on what the Insurance company had already requested, but couldn't get for numerous reasons and I was even told they were sent. A mess. When you are off you are supposed to be recovering not talking with individuals each telling you a different story.

This is shameful and an embarrassment to the medical community. After 5 months and fed up w/ being denied and not finding anyone who could give a straight answer, I finally sent a message on My Chart to the office Manager. My records were sent that day. Relieved the records were finally sent, but so disturbing, very disappointing it took so much to get someone to take action. Peoples livelihoods, health and well-being depend timely information getting to the Insurance company.

My experience, it takes 7-9 days for an online request to get into the system. This was confirmed by several employees. It's can take up to 30 days to get a request. Also confirmed by employee's. If the request has an error, add another 39 days! It's start over time. This is beyond ludicrous. You guys making the decisions, I hope you don't have to be out for anything to experience this first hand. It's a nightmare on top of everything else! Make sure you have at least 3-6 months pay banked.

3 weeks I've been giving the run around for 3 weeksssssss! whoever is answering the phone they are not communicating with each other everyone I speak to keep saying I'm going to put a note in someone will call you back that is so inconvenient. the person i spoke to she acted like she didn't care she didn't show no empathy I keep getting rescheduled for my appointment I'm so disappointed in Norton's I'm definitely on the search for a new doctor and I will not return I'm not satisfied what so ever. The sad part is I've been with Norton's since I had my son yall delivered my baby but it's time for me to start fresh with somewhere else goodbye.
