Authorization for Release of Medical Information (PDF) - Allows patients to authorize the disclosure of their health information to a designated individual, company, agency, or facility. Authorization and Consent for Treatment (PDF) - All patients must provide their consent for treatment, communications (calls, emails, and text messaging), and agreement of financial responsibility.
Note: You should always check with your Privia Medical Group provider to verify plan and product coverage as this is not an exhaustive list, and plans change frequently. We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient. You will no longer receive statements from us, but you will continue to receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier once your claim has been processed, detailing the charges and payments made on your behalf.

This office has the best staff! Mrs. Linda(I think I have her name correct) sits at the front desk and is ALWAYS so kind and professional! I look forward to see her at my children's appointments. Tammy, who is a MA in the back, is always knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to triaging my children. My kids look forward to seeing her. Dr. Rico and the nurse practitioner, Angela are always willing to find the cause of what may be going on and always answer every question I may have.
My son is 12 and Dr. Rico has been his pediatrician since he was born. Between Dr. Rico and Angela, I am always satisfied when I have to take my children to appointments. You will never find a more family friendly office than Savannah Pediatrics!

My children have been coming to the practice from birth to see Dr. Rico she has always been awesome. She listens to me and my concerns for my babies and now that they are 16 and 11 she speaks to them and answers all their questions 100% I now work for Dr. Rico and she is just as awesome to work for as she is a doctor to see.

Growing up, I had a huge fear of medical appointments. As a teen, I started seeing Angela. She is the greatest medical professional I have ever had! She always took the time to completely listen to my concerns, and you can clearly tell she cares for her patients. She helped me overcome my fear of medical appointments. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
If I could still see her as an adult, I absolutely would. Sometimes the wait would be a while, but I would wait as long as it took to see Angela. I'm so grateful for all of her hard work!

This is the absolute worse facility ever! Do not take your children here! We had the worst experience getting strep test! The nurse literally jabbed the long q-tip into the back of my daughters throat while holding her by her collar which is now all the way stretched out! Doctor comes in and says we're not getting doctors excuse if we don't stay. You can eat that doctors excuse.

My children have been patients of Savannah Pediatrics for 12 years. We love the Doctors there. We have always been seen in an appropriate amount of time and have Never had any problems getting an appointment the same day. I had a situation where my baby was very sick one late afternoon. I called and though they were closing, and I still had a 30 minute drive, they waited on me.
The front desk is so very nice and very helpful. This is also the Cleanest Dr office I have ever been in. Thank you to all of Savannah Pediatrics staff for helping keep my children Healthy and Happy! M. Page

The doctors are awesome, but the office staff is rude! My daughter was dropped from the practice because I rescheduled her appointments too many times. I work and didn't have anyone to take her, and as a courtesy, I rescheduled them appointments and made the rescheduled appointments. I guess if I would have been a no show, it would have been better! My daughter was going here since birth and I am very upset that they did this!
