I have been attending ABC Pediatric Group for two years now. And I can honestly say that these are some Phenomenal providers who have always had good bedside manners. I have been to other offices where they don't listen to you. But here at ABC pediatric group all the providers give you their time and listen. Thank you for being all you can be and open during these hard times.

The Doctors are great! My daughters have been patients since their first checkup after birth. (Been about 9 years now). Edit/rate update: Just don't see NP Lauren.be warned. We waited over an hour 20mins just for a Med check. When she got to the room she was very short, rude, and annoyed. No apologies for being late. She was more annoyed we went to the desk asking how much longer? Please don't subject your children to her awful bedside manor. See Dr. Blair or Dr. Cumberbatch-Peete.

ABC Pediatric Group is an amazing practice and Dr. Fiona Blair and her nurses are heaven sent! HOWEVER she is gonna have to do a better job at hiring her front desk staff. My first daughter started going to this pediatrician 6 yrs ago and I have always had a issue with some of the front desk staff( promise you it's not me). They are always rude, unpleasant or have a nasty attitude toward the Parents.
For this very reason I am strongly considering switching to a new pediatrician! What's even more disheartening is the main rude person is the OFFICE MANAGER MS. TERESA. Dr. Blair please screen them better! Signed a concerned parent.

Had a fantastic 2-month visit for my daughter with Dr. Blair. The staff at ABC Pediatric Group was very friendly and the office felt very comfortable. I felt as though my husband, daughter and I were treated as though we were family due to the care and attentiveness during the entire encounter. Dr. Blair established rapport right away, listened intently to our questions then provided detailed, knowledgeable answers.
We in no way felt rushed during the visit and, in fact, Dr. Blair took the time to share areas of interest in Gwinnett County, since we just moved to the area only a month prior. As a person of color, representation matters and I know that having providers and staff that are also people of color went a long way in making the visit a great experience for us. However, I think any family would feel well cared for in the hands of all at ABC Pediatric Group.

I chose this pediatric group because I support black doctors. With that being said I love Dr. Blair. She has great bedside manners and is alway willing to hear my concerns and educate me as a first time mom. Sad to say I can not say that for some of the staff. What I hate the most is that they have a hard time following up on referrals/orders. I have to take it upon myself to call to make sure an order was sent and this has happened more then once but today I have had it.
My child was suppose to get an ultrasound. Was informed that a order will be sent on Monday. Called the Radiologist today (Wednesday) at 930am to follow up. Was told they have not received an order. Called the doctor office, I provide the staff will fax numbers to send the order. Was told it will be resent. Followed back up with the Radiologist 330pm and was told the doctor office sent the order with the wrong last name and that they needed to resend a new order. Had to call the doctor office again, was left on hold for 30 minutes.
I had to hang up and call back to get someone back on the phone. Told the young lady I wanted to speck with the nurse, she put me on hold and came back and said "the nurse said she spoke to the dad already". SMH, I don't care if she spoke to Jesus himself, I wanted to speck to her. I get people make honest mistakes but why do they still have my child under the incorrect last name after I have repeatedly gave them a copy of my kids insurance card.
This whole thing has prolonged my children getting an appointment due to the fact no one knows how to follow up. I hate to leave a great doctor like Dr. Blair but this is not what I expected from a pediatric office.

I have been here twice so far with my newborn son. They are so welcoming, and warm. My husband and I were a bit hesitant because of the reviews, which is why i thought it was important to write one. We were seen your arrival both times, and our visits we very informative, and comforting. The front desk employees are always very respectful when I call, and arrive. We are very happy with our choice.

Dr Blair and Dr Peete! I absolutely love them they take awesome care of my girls and I have never had a problem or concern with the care they provide for my little ones! My girls are 6, 3 and I just had a newborn son and all my kids have been coming here since they where born! Great practice. There's this one medical assistant who does her job good but her attitude is a little nasty though

I LOVE Dr. Blair & Dr. Peete. I've been bringing my daughter here since birth & my younger siblings have all went here. I was going to switch pediatricians just because I do not live in the area anymore but decided to stay because I'm not finding what I want/need. I love how personal they are & are good with children. The ONLY issue that I have is their front desk staff. I have no idea what their attitudes are about, but since my time spent with them is very minimal I overlook it only because the doctors are really good.

All of my children go here and it's usually always pleasant and speedy service even if we arrive slightly early.however, I hate calling. It's always back and forth and the nurse is never available. I've been calling all morning to see if I need to bring my sick infant in, because of my experience in the past with the hospitals.they get upset if the doctor's office is still open or you haven't contacted the pediatrician first.
But now it's almost noon and they're about to go on break, and I have to be to work by 2.big inconvenience, especially if I have to take my son to the hospital and call off at the last minute!

I have been taking my babies here for almost a year now, and the doctors and nurse practicioners- Dr. Blair and Nurse Austin- are truly AWESOME! However, front desk is TUMULTUOUS! I can almost NEVER get them on the phone, and when I'm able to, they place me on hold for 10+ minutes and never return messages. I've noticed that all the low reviews are regarding the front desk.
One would assume that they would make changes, but 2 years later and still no change. I'm going to have to physically go there to schedule an appointment for my babies and that is a HUGE inconvenience.
