Services
All our patients undergo a thorough and individual evaluation, including a thoughtful review of the imaging studies and other test results. There is no "assembly-line" medicine practiced here. In the case of patients with back and neck pain due to spinal disorders such as herniated discs, we believe that the vast majority do not require surgery, and are best treated with activity modification, education and non-surgical modalities such as physical therapy, chiropractic, and sometimes spinal injections.
Dr. Khajavi received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1985, and his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1989, through a scholarship from the US Air Force. He completed his neurosurgical residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1996. Dr. Khajavi returned to active duty and served in the Department of Neurosurgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Patrice "Patty" Braun PA-C is a Physician Assistant, who works closely with Dr. Kaveh Khajavi to provide excellent patient care for their patients. Patty grew up in Hahira, Ga, where her family has a cattle farm. While her 3 siblings worked on the farm projects, Patty worked closely with her father, who was a General Surgeon.
Our main office is conveniently located in Atlanta, on the campus of Northside Hospital Atlanta. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan. You will be responsible for any and all services in excess of your insurance limits as well as all non-covered services.
