We are pleased to offer mammography, bone density, and ultrasound services for our patients. The ability to provide such services onsite has improved our flow of care. Our wait times for services such as mammography and bone density are minimal compared to other providers of these services. With the introduction of 3D, our digital mammography equipment is the most advanced in this area.
Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by appointment. Patients with true emergencies will either be seen immediately in the office or asked to go to the hospital emergency department. Patients with urgent problems will usually be seen by the next business day.

That is why our office provides a comprehensive, non surgical option to our patients for treatment of common pelvic floor disorders. Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation utilizes functional muscle training and stimulation, allowing patients to be active participants in improving strength, control, and awareness of their pelvic floor muscles.

Dr Dunaway is the mannnnnnnnn No but seriously so empathetic and truly cared about my baby. The staff 10/10 for sure too but I'll sing this man's praises all day. First appointment was a hard one for me and he helped me through so gracefully I had to stop and make sure it went like I thought. Respect is a thing you sometimes lose and with it some professionals lose their professionalism.
But he treated me like a expecting mother just the same as the rest and that means more than he could ever realize. When he told me he'd be more than happy to take me to term I knew I had made the right choice in switching him to my main doctor for sure. So glad I chose to deliver in griffin.

My visit was with Dr. Loftner-Jones and it was a great visit as usual. This was my first time seeing her at the Renew office and I found it pleasant and the staff as well. I also had a mammogram done today at the office where the mammogram is done and I was pleased with the front desk nurse and the nurse who does the mammogram. She was very pleasant. Today was a great visit.

I've already bragged to two of my friends at how impressed I was with not only the staff but especially the doctor. It was a very comfortable environment and the doctor had such a sweet Spirit about him. He sat down and asked me if I had any questions and he listened, he never made me feel rushed. They were not overbooked so I had no wait I was seen at my appointment scheduled time.
The staff was very welcoming and not so routined us to just do a job. It was my first time so I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well. I would give them a 10 out of 10 in every category!

First visit. Everyone was friendly. I wanted to combine a wellness (primary care) visit with a gynie visit, and they were able to do that. I didn't have to wait at all. I got everything I needed and wanted. I've never minded having a male doctor, but I felt Holly and the staff took my concerns more seriously than my male doctor.

The wait time is typically acceptional. The midwife we saw was very compassionate and understanding. My daughter was referred to a specialist for her pain and we were able to get an appointment quickly. At the next appointment, the doctor listened to both me and my daughter, listened to hear her needs, and did not backtrack to previous treatments.
We feel we are moving forward now in her care and have hope again that my daughter will get the help she desperately needs. We are so thankful and excited to see results and hope to have answers soon!

Wonderful office. I think I have seen a lot of the providers in the office at some point through pregnancy or for regular visits and I have had a great experience with each one. My main provider is Nadine Noelting though. She is always patient, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. The front office staff is always very friendly and helpful when I call and during check in/out process.

I love love love my Doctor Holly Harrison! Been with her since i was a teenager and now she's along with me in my journey with my own little one! Also the sonographer i believe her name was Ashley? Was an absolute doll and made me and fiance very comfortable with her as we watched our little one move all over the place in my belly Very sweet ladies!

I have never posted a review on google before but I feel as though I need to after what happened to me at this practice. Yesterday was my first visit. Now please everyone keep in mind I have NEVER been pregnant and have been told for the past 8 years I would NEVER naturally conceive. Well, I did. After spending the day at the ER this past Saturday they deemed me a high risk pregnancy due to my pre existing PCOS as well as they found a subchrionic hematoma around my baby.
Yesterday I went for my first appointment. Before being seen I was taken to the back for paper work. I was told that they could not see me because Kaiser was my primary insurance (Kaiser has been cancelled since 9/30/2018). Instead of calling the Caresource I was refused service and told "Go home call Caresource and Medicaid. We need verification that you no longer have coverage through them.) I leave, a wreck, have a panic attack while leaving to go home and sit on the phone for Medicaid, Care source, health care market place, Kaiser, AND DFACS to ALL TELL ME THE EXACT SAME THING.
The doctors office is not running your insurance correctly. Fast word today. I call and explain the situation and I am told they do not see anything on their end that I need to call DFACS again and wait for their "Billing Specialist" to be in touch with me. Since then I have called twice and left my cellphone number and no call no response. This shows me that office really does not give a damn about their patients or their well being.
I wouldn't take my dog to this place. Luckily, I was able to find a doctors office much nicer in Covington that had no problem processing my insurance. This place is garbage and if that is how you want to be treated with your first unborn child and your high risk pregnancy by all means please visit Griffin OBGYN.

This office and its practices are a joke. First of all this is the only obgyn in Griffin so options are limited and they know as much. I was under their care from Oct 2017 to feb 2018 for a high risk pregnancy. I switched in February to a doctor that truly knows what they are doing. But I'll break it all down for you. Every appointment i attended at their main office i was greeted by rude discourteous staff who were more concerned with gossiping amongst them selves then answering questions or actually doing their jobs I would arrive 15 -20 mins early for my appointments and every appointment it would be an hour plus past my appointment before a nurse would bring me back take a urine sample and weigh me all about any concerns and send me back to the waiting room.
To continue waiting. There were several occurrences where i was brought back to an exam room waited for an hour when i ebt to the desk to complain none had informed the Dr i was There waiting. They had me on medication that i later found out was unsafe for my unborn child. I will never return to this place ever again!

Everyone I've noticed always complains about how busy they are ( well when everyone in griffin that gets knocked up chooses only one place to go then what do you expect, ) staff has always been very friendly, the doctor doesn't waist anytime so you can be on your way, the no child policy only applies to children over six months old so yes you can bring your newborn to your checkup, for how many clients they have I say they do a great job! My only complaint is with dr krepps, he's very insensitive and rude.

Very rude staff. They'll deliver your baby but not allow your baby to your follow-up appointment due to their 'no children in the waiting room' policy. They won't allow anyone come back in the room with you even at your request. Even when you're receiving test results that make you anxious and would like support. If you're looking for a competent, understanding, caring staff, don't come here.

Stay away from this OBGYN practice! Never care about you and baby. ONLY care about money. It you have problem - IT IS you problems! I asked doctor do my THS hormone level. He did not care. I had miscarriage - because low thyroid function. He refused to see me again. Dismiss from practice - like I did something wrong. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE HEALTHY BABY - STAY FAR AWAY FROM GRIFFIN OB-GYN!
