It's that time of the year again. Spring is usually the time for tree pollen. Grass pollen usually is present in the late spring and early summer. In warmer climates, each of these seasons may start earlier; vice versa for colder climates. Some parts of the country have less weed pollen than others. Summer is a beautiful time of year full of flowers, trees, and hay fever. The most common items causing summer hay fever are flowers and weeds. The best way to prevent Summer hay fever is to visit your local Allergy Care Center for testing.

I wish to inform every one of my plans to leave Medical Arts Allergy, PC, as I have recently decided to relocate to the state of Indiana. I have greatly enjoyed my work at this outstanding practice and will miss my colleagues, staff and my patients. If your next appointment is due before then, I will be delighted to see you at my office at the scheduled time.
Our appointment schedulers will do their best to make your appointment time as convenient for you as possible. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We also ask that you make every effort to be on time for your appointment. You should refrain from taking antihistamines for one week prior to your initial visit since they interfere with skin testing; however, if you are unable to do so due to urticaria (hives) or other reasons, we would still welcome you to come for a consultation.

I was lied to about the timing of my allergy shots by the receptionist and the nursing staff insisting I was still in my time frame. I currently have complaints at the BBB, Consumer affairs, and the AG office for assault as this was invasive procedure. I was lied to several times to by this place. If you feel like getting assaulted physically please come here for a visit.

The reviews speak for themselves. Do not trust the girls at the front desk. I made the mistake of asking a medical question and got a competent false answer. I also had to follow up with clicks licensed staff for correct answers. What a shame I wish I knew which one lied to me so I could make a formal complaint to the AG office.

Worst office ever. Dr. Armstrong has no bedside manner and is extremely unprofessional for a doctor. Front desk feels the need to talk about other patients when you are standing right there. Never going back. I would rather travel further and pay out of pocket to see someone else.

Alecia at the front desk was extremely rude. She was arguing about one of their office policies and she was wrong. The office manager was very pleasant and rectified the problem. She said the girl was following the wrong policy. Rude people like this make me not want to go back to this Doctor's office. This is how you lose patients. Perhaps Alecia could use some customer service training.

Have had nothing but excellent experiences with the medical and office staff. Always friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I have. I have had significant improvement in my seasonal allergy symptoms since beginning treatment a few years ago.

Says online they take Medicaid but rude lady on the phone said its to tricky and asked me a bunch of unnecessary questions I just hung up. Not good customer service ans staff is uninformed about their own information regarding insurances they take.

This office was great. I was really struggling and couldn't find out what was wrong. The Dr. Wang really took the time to listen to me. She offered lots of suggestions and testing to help me get to the root of my problem. Highly recommended.
