Ben and Debbie were excellent, answered all my questions and concerns. I really got the feeling of caring from them and the rest of the staff! Dr. Patel followed up with the same and I would definitely recommend them.

I've had my surgery since before 2016. The staff are great. They helped me out with my fears. One lady held my hand. They called me multiple times to check up on me and my recovery. I completely recommend them.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this provider. I had PRK surgery in April 2021. I was excited to get the surgery so I would be able to see the back of my classroom again, see far away when I go scuba diving and be able to see when I am driving. My vision is a little better up close, but my distance vision is terrible. I paid for lifetime adjustments, but I would be too afraid to go back to the same incompetent doctor.

I had to go get new glasses to be able to drive legally. $3700. and 8 months later, they won't answer calls from me or my health insurance. My health insurance covers Lasik, but I can't get them to cover anything because of their horrible communication.

Great experience. Great staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Both Ben and Alicia have gone far above and beyond to make sure that I had all information and to make the process as least stressful as possible. Surgery was quick and easy. I've had terrible vision since childhood and it has been absolutely incredible.

Excellent experience with Dr. Patel and the entire staff. 20/~400 vision to 20/20 the day after. Week later I'm nearly at 20/~15. They are upfront with cost, explain everything in-depth, and tell you what to expect the day(s) following the procedure. During the procedure the assistant talks you through the procedure as it is on-going which was very reassuring/helpful. Best decision I have ever made for my health!

As someone who wore glasses and contacts all my life I was ready for perfect vision.this is something I have been wanting to do for years but I kept putting it off. I finally made a call to Envision. I spoke with Ben Gibbons who was extremely professional and courteous. I came in a few days later to have a few tests ran.they told me PRK would be a better option for me than lasik due to my high prescription-10.75 in both eyes.

I had the procedure done a month later. I was back to work in a week and could see well.as the weeks went by my vision went to 2020. something I never thought possible for myself.if you are thinking about doing it you should! It was the best decision I ever made for myself! I wish I would have done this years ago! The whole team puts your mind at ease and makes surgery a breeze! I highly recommend Envision!

My experience with envision laser center was fantastic! From the free consultation to the day of surgery, Deb walked me through everything and was very thorough with any questions I had. She was phenomenal! Dr. Patel and the nurses were super nice and made it very easy to relax during the surgery. The surgery only lasted about 15min from the time I entered the room to the end and they made it feel like only a couple minutes. Highly recommended!

Ben Gibbons and Debbie were a great help during the initial setup for my lasik procedure and helping me feel comfortable about it by fully explaining everything to me! Dr. Patel was also excellent in surgical skills and during my lasik! It was relatively painless and super simple! Now I can see with clarity for the first time that I can remember! Thanks! Priceless. To finally see all the things I have been missing. Vision went from 20/20 with prescription contacts and glasses to 20/15. I should have done the procedure years ago. Envision staff are clear and helpful through every step of the procedure. From my consultation with Debbie to under the laser with Dr. Patel, everyone was calming and professional.

Mountain View Eye staff also are very friendly, made me very comfortable through every step. Everyone answers any question you may have with confidence. I recommend them highly, as they were recommended to me from a friend.

From the free consultation till POST-surgery, everyone and everything was professional and always a great experience. All the staff from Mountain View Eye and the members of Laser Envision Center is how all staff should operate. I've not once thought or even heard of a bad experience from either places. I got the Custom PRK procedure - and it was painless and very fast.

Currently right now (3 weeks post-op) I am experiencing no pain, slight dry eye (totally and completely normal for this procedure). My starting prescription was 20/400 - now I am very excited to say I have 20/15 (better than normal vision (20/20)). Seriously, if you're thinking of it, do it. Do it. Do it. Also, just for anyone's reference, I had this done the day after I turned 25(June 21, 2019). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

From my consultation with Debbie Hoy through the entire process, my experience was nothing but positive. Debbie walked me through everything so I would be prepared and the bedside manner of the entire staff kept me calm. I couldn't believe how easy it all was and how great the feeling was when I could see the clock across the room when it was all done. The best money I ever spent!

I got my lasik performed back in April and I couldn't be happier! The entire staff from Envision has been awesome. The process runs seamlessly and was super easy - just a couple of appointments and everything was set. The actual procedure (very trippy!) lasted less than ten minutes and they talked me through every step. I wasn't sure if I could ever handle any sort of eye surgery (one of those thoughts that makes me cringe!) but they made the whole process painless in every way.

One eye still has a bit of an astigmatism and will probably need tweaked, but nothing that I have needed glasses for and I have no doubt that the process will be as easy as the first time around!

Dr. Petrunak is by far one of the best doctors I have known in my 37 years. I've been coming to him since I was 10 and would go nowhere else. The entire practice is phenomenal and I am very glad this type of care is available to me.

I had Lasik eye surgery done recently, and it was a very good experience. My surgery was schedule in Altoona, but one of the safety features that was not working. They offered to reschedule the surgery or go to the Johnstown office that day to get it done. I decided to drive to Johnstown and was very glad I did it that day. The office was apologetic for the inconvenience, and I respect them for looking out for the patient's well being. I would highly recommend Envision.
