I always have a good experience here. I have been seen by Dr. Garcia, physical therapy department and lab. They even have a pain management Dr that visits. There are times when you have to wait to see the Dr. but they are very thorough. I have been coming here for a while and like that they offer so many services at this location and are close to my house. Thank you Multicare Plus.

I went there My insurance said they were in network, They refuse to take my insurance, I call my Health plan while in the office. Health plan said they were in net work, called them and told them they were in network yet they still refused. Yelling and screaming the whole time. I told them it doesn't matter if they are in net work or not I can see any doc i like i Just have a co pay, they then demand i pay for all services up front in cash.
No wonder this place is always empty. This how they treat clients. I filed a complain against them with my insurance, pretty sure in the future they won't have the option to take Blue shield.

Was a great place until "family members" started working there. I got a letter in the mail telling me to find a new doctor. It took me 2 weeks of calling and waiting for a response to get ibuprofen. I went to the office and saw Kelly yelling and rolling her eyes at an older couple and was pissed at the entire situation. I think that she is ruining the practice. I miss Cynthia and Shirly and Rob. Good luck at this place and plan on waiting and only being able to get one problem talked about at a time. It's all about money now!

Dr Garcis and his staff are excellent, they listen to my needs and go out of their way to get you well, fill out paperwork, have meds on hand, whatever you need. One stop healthcare, they have a blood lab with extended hours, medication on hand, and a nice physical therapy office with modern equipment on premises, with friendly knowledgeable therapists, and a pain management office. I've made this my new office for myself and family.
