Dr. Bausch and his polite, professional and efficient staff have been taking excellent care of my eyesight for at least seven years. I trust him with my eyesight completely without hesitation. He is totally on top of latest techniques and treatments and is the most conscientious doctor I've ever known. I highly recommend Dr. Bausch and his team for the absolute best eyecare you will ever find, anywhere.

Dr Bausch has a very rude and unprofessional demeanor. I would not come back or recommend him to anyone.

Review Regarding Leah, Amber, and Dr. Kanoff - My first time here. First of all, I have super high anxiety when it comes to eye related things. I've passed out at the eye doctor before multiple times after panic attacks. I came in 3 days after an ER visit. I went to the ER on a Sunday, eye swollen shut, with something "stuck in it" - they told me I must have washed it out, because all that was left were scratches.

Come weds, my eye was still in so much pain, it was watery, swollen. I was referred here by family, so I called Weds morning. Leah answered, and was super accommodating to me as far as appointment times, insurance information, and other paperwork. It was seamless and painless. The office was comfortable, they took me back to my appointment right on time.

I met Amber and Dr. Kanoff, explained what had happened, and told them I was still insistent that something was still stuck in my eye. My anxiety issues were translated to the doctor beforehand, so I didn't have to go over it again which I genuinely appreciated. They were both so accommodating to my anxiety. They kept stressful things out of view (tools used to extract something out from up underneath my eyelid, my eyelid had to be flipped out), kept me informed, told me exactly what to do what not to do, and were friendly and reassuring.

That was the first time that I had gone through something like that without passing out. I can't thank or compliment them enough on their professionalism, and kindness. It's the next day, and my eye feels completely normal again. After three and a half days of pain, it's quite the relief. Thank you Amber and Dr. K!

How much is it please the radio says 650 an eye what am I really looking at the national average is 2000 per eye?

I tried to call the office for a general idea of how much it would cost me to get Lasik at this facility. I had already been pre-approved elsewhere and just wanted to see if other places had a better price. When I called looking for general information on pricing, I was quickly dismissed saying that they need to see me for an exam and that there are different options.

I knew they couldn't give me an exact quote, but I then asked for an average or a range and the receptionist dismissed me with a "Nope". I just felt like it could have been handled better rather than being so dismissive. I'll just spend my money elsewhere.

I have been working with Dr. Bausch and his staff for close to two years now and will attest to their integrity and a genuine caring of their patients.
