I would not recommend this company. They are horrible with customer service! We are in the middle of a pandemic. I used their service on 11/6/20 I had multiple complications after surgery which required me to miss work. I paid $2,000 upfront I had additional fee of $750 due which is absolutely ridiculous $125 per 15 minutes is robbery. I agreed to the outrageous fee with no other option 3 days before my surgery. The $750 was billed afterwards on 11/30/20 and is already sent to a collection agency with a inflated additional fee the office will not accept the payment now.

My girlfriend had to use this company because it was tied into her healthcare provider and they've overcharged her not once but are now trying to do it a SECOND time. Ridiculous that they can get away with this absolute robbery. The American healthcare system is a scam within a scam, let's be honest!
