Dr. Grant and staff is amazing! She has done procedures on my mother and I and they turned out phenomenal. Not only is her work outstanding, but her presence makes you feel like you are with family. I would highly recommend Dr. Grant to all my family and friends! So grateful and thankful to have her as my doctor. Thank you as well Pat, both Sarahs and Tara. It has been a great experience.

Seems silly but I was so excited to leave and write a good review! I had gone to this practice solely based off of google and the reviews here and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Grant was SO pleasant and personable. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice. Most important is they're following COVID guidelines & are very clean. I'm so glad I found such a nice office!

Overall, I'd give this office about a 3.5 or 4. I always hate this rating system because there's so many things to consider. I saw Dr Lamar for an ingrown toenail about a week back, with a follow up today. The office was clean and proper protocol was followed regarding covid. I was called back a little late on my initial appointment but it was honestly fast in comparison with other offices.
My appointment today was very quick too. So a huge thank you for the timely appointment. The only con was that I wasn't able to establish a comfortable patient-dr relationship. I appreciate getting down to the reason for the visit quickly and that is appreciated for sure, but I dont want to be just "another patient". Another issue I had was that I brought my kids in.
I apologized for that as I hate bringing kids in with me but it was a last resort measure. My oldest has autism and has a mask exemption and my other is under 5. I was trying to get my oldest in the room and in the process my mask fell under my nose. I have zero issue wearing my mask correctly but sometimes it does fall, especially while attending to my kids.
It was brought to my attention by the dr immediately that a) my mask was not on correctly and b) my kids didn't have masks on. I did explain why and apologized but then was told basically that the demographic of patients in the office was elderly so I probably shouldn't bring my kids back. That was a little off putting. I am a patient there too and we should all feel welcome there, regardless of age. Overall though, i am satisfied with the office and with my two visits.

I would recommend Dr Rogers for your Ortho needs. I have tried others, without satisfaction or any real treatment. Although I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and check-in time to be seen, I'm glad I was scheduled with Dr Rogers. I feel that I have finally found a doctor who is attentive to my needs, took x-rays to confirm the issues, listens, gave a diagnosis and discussed a plan of action for my treatment.
He took the time to educate me on the diagnosis, treatment options, and gave me resources (which is probably why he was a bit behind; he takes time with his patients, which I appreciated, but I wont always be able to wait that long since my appointment was scheduled during my work lunch break and the appointment ran over my allotted time). I would like to see a "call ahead check-in" so I can call when I'm on my way and not have to wait so long since I was on my lunch hour. :) Maybe an earlier appointment would help with seeing him on time. But I definitely would recommend him. I feel like I will finally, eventually get some relief from my ailment.
