Dr. Bauer came to the Pacific Northwest to attend Bastyr University in 2000, and has happily called the beautiful Northwest home ever since. As a Naturopathic Physician and Midwife, Kim specializes in natural health care for the whole family, for she loves working with patients of all ages, from infanthood to elderhood.
We are covered by most insurance companies. Contact your employer or individual insurance company to assure your coverage includes our providers' services. Out of network benefits are frequently covered. We will be happy to bill your insurance company for you. Tracking growth and development: See how much your child has grown in the time since your last visit and talk with your doctor about your child's development. You can discuss your child's milestones, social behaviors and learning. Raising concerns: Make a list of topics you want to talk about with your child's physician such as development, behavior, sleep, eating or getting along with other family members. Bring your top three questions or concerns with you to talk with your physician at the start of the visit.

I would highly recommend Dr David, I felt like I needed to look into my health and Dr Z has been a blessing! My blood pressure was way high at times and I had just tried 3 different medication that did not work, I have had sinus issues and a cough for years, I have pains throughout my body and also have been taking medications for constipation for years.
Now I take magnesium to help manage pain, it's solved my constipation issues, and I don't have high blood pressure anymore. Dr Z made me herbal drops for my cough that I swallow and that stop me from coughing, I can breathe better and I don't have the congestion I used to have. We have gone over all my vitamins And how they help. Now with the approval of my family doctor I'm off the other medications and feel like I'm healthier. I will continue to see Dr Z to work on any issues I may have, he's very easy to talk to

Highly recommend Jewell Smith for both massage therapy and acupuncture. I have been going to her for about 4 years now and after finding out that cupping does not work for me (creates more pain), I discovered gua sha to be effective and helpful for when my muscles are at their worst, particularly during a fibromyalgia flare up. I don't get acupuncture often, but I typically do for when my sinuses are absolutely clogged. And like magic, they open up after a session.

I used London Health Center for their acupuncture service. If you haven't done acupuncture before, I highly recommend it -- it feels wonderful, and though I was a little apprehensive about being poked with needles, it didn't hurt at all. In fact, it felt wonderful. It's a little hard to explain, but there's a relief and a sense of calm that comes with the pressure point work.
Highly recommended! My only qualm is with billing. Their billing service sent a scary-looking "last warning" bill to me without ever having sent an original bill, and they even charged me a late fee for the bill I never got. I went in the day after I got the warning to talk to them about it. No apology, they didn't waive it, simply held me accountable either for their billing error or the lost bill in the mail. Highly disappointing. That said, I would still recommend them for acupuncture.
