I went to Dr. Rapaport's office for eyebrow hair growth. I had a missing patch on the corner of my eyebrow for 4+ years. He recommended that I use Revivv hair rejuvenation serum and just in a span of 4 months of using morning and night. I see great success in hair growth from where I used to have close to none. Overall, Not only do I see great progress in my treatment but all the staff are very professional and I'm satisfied with the great customer service.

I read lots of bad reviews here about this place but I still chose this place because it is very close from my work. But it was a really wrong decision. I waited 70 minute and I asked them how long do I have to wait more. They said they didn't know, so I told them I cannot wait anymore and asked them if I can get the consulting fee $50 that they already charged when I made appointment with my credit card.

The reception girl couldn't answer and one of the doctor( female) came to me and said "No! you still have to pay." It was ridiculous! I complained that I have waited for 70 min. and didn't even see any doctor yet. Then she told the reception girl " Give her refund!" and she went off. There was no apology at all. This is a terrible place! Do not waist your time here. Find other place.

Dr rappaport and staff were very professional. Had a minor procedure done and I was very nervous. However, Dr. Rappaport and Debbie were very patient with me and very thorough when explaining what to expect and answering all my questions(I had a lot). They demonstrated excellent bedside manners.

My wife had an issue with hair loss. Was recommended to go to Dr. Rapaport. Best decision ever. After first treatment hair stopped falling out and a few months later hair was visibly growing back better than ever. Excellent results from a conscientious and professional staff

Terrible place do not go here. I have a slight discoloration and saw a nurse practitioner. She look at it without further explanation or any examination and recommended a biopsy. She said it will scar me for life and requires a stitch. I decline the biopsy and left. It's a shame that she would go this route to collect additional money from my insurance. No morals and no pride in her profession.

Terrible! I chose this office, because it was in my building, but not even the convenience redeems this doctor. My doctor was Corrine Camona. She made me wait in the room for 45 min after waiting in the waiting room for 15. She told me that she would prescribe a "pill and a cream" and I started asking questions about some comments she made about eliminating dryer sheets, and she said her nurse would answer my questions, and she left.

I still hadn't been told what I had been prescribed or how it works. I asked her why she didn't have time to answer my questions, and she told me again that her nurse would answer my questions. Why am I not scheduled to see the nurse? Because I am paying to see a doctor! I would choose 0 stars if that were an option.
