There are no words to describe what Dr Zubowski and his team have done for me. I have been wanting to have a breast reduction for the past 15 years but nerves always got the best of me. My only regret now is that I waited so long! This has been the best experience, with little to no pain and a very quick and easy recovery. I have already referred two family members here and will continue to do so. Amazing results! Amazing care! Amazing doctor!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Zubowski and his staff. Dr. Zubowski is a true artist. After breaking my nose in an accident, he promised me a natural and beautiful result and he absolutely delivered. He was kind, caring, and patient with me and answered any and all my questions. Office manager Dana was helpful, kind, and got back to me quickly anytime I needed.

My preop and postop care was seamless. Hannah, PA, helped me navigate through the whole process. I appreciate everything they did for me, but especially for giving me back my confidence! I am so happy with how my nose turned out!

I would like to thank Dr. Zubowski and his staff for doing such a great job on my tummy tuck surgery. Starting with the consolation visit, I felt heard and understood by Dr. Zubowski. He listened to my concerns and offered comfort. Pre-op call with Hanah also went smoothly and when the day of my surgery came I felt comfortable and ready. Post-op care was excellent and I must say that the results are just phenomenal. I am so happy with the way my tummy looks. It was truly a life changing surgery. I went in for a breast reduction surgery back in Feb 02/2017. It's been over 5 years, I am completely recovered and ready to share! From my consultation up until my 1 year check up from my last, it has been nothing but amazing. Dr. Zubowski, and his staff are amazing. Dr. Zubowski made me feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The team did everything in their power to ensure I was comfortable and ready to move forward with the decision I was making.

I have never felt more confident or happier with the results from the surgery. I did have an alarming moment when my suture popped and my incision opened. Dr. ZUbowski returned my call immediately, gave me clear instructions on how to care for the open wound and assured me everything was going to be okay, and it is and was. Scars were none of my concern but I must add, they are barely visible. Dr. Zubowski is very precise in his incision placement.

I had a good initial experience with a surgical procedure. However, I saw Dr. Zubowski only a month after the surgery, no post-op phone call or follow up from him. The nurses were very nice though. In the following office visits, I noticed the waiting room being very full, with long wait times. My last visit I waited ONE hour and the nurse "offered" to reschedule my appointment after I waited for 59 minutes.

I had been saying that I can't wait past one hour but no body cared (my babysitter had to go). I finally see Dr. Zubowski for ONE minute and he tells me to call the front office and schedule another procedure. I came home and had to scramble dinner for my kids, and later I realized nobody gave me information about the procedure I was supposed to schedule: how long it will take, how much it will cost, what is the recovery, etc.

But I should just call to schedule it? It was very annoying. Some of the staff at this office is haughty and don't seem to care. They overbook their appointments and the wait times easily ran close to or past one hour (in the evenings).

Dr. Zubowski and his entire team were amazing from my initial consultation, through prep for surgery, during surgery, and post surgery. Dr. Zubowski himself took the time to explain everything in detail. There were no surprises! The medical and office staff were kind, responsive, and caring. I'm super pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr. Zubowski and his team!

Dr. Zubowski and is staff are amazing! Such caring people who are great at what they do! He was my 4th consultation for a lower blepharoplasty, and I am so happy I trusted him! He is a kind person, a very talented doctor, and I could not be happier with my results! I will definitely return and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends. First time patient, the office is up-to-date and clean. Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly and I wasn't seen until 1 hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The doctor was equally as unfriendly and did not make me feel comfortable in general. Very cold and disappointing visit.

I received a rhinoplasty and liposuction of the neck done by Dr. Zubowski. I had wanted a rhinoplasty for the longest time, and went to multiple other plastic surgeons, but never found one that felt right to me. I knew right away when I had my consultation that Dr. Zubowski genuinely cared about achieving the result I was looking for. I wanted a natural nose, and he delivered beautifully.

Not only was my immediate post-op recovery a breeze, I am now only a little over a month and a half recovered and I feel amazing. I have so much more confidence in my side profile, and the liposuction just topped it off. The entire staff that works alongside Dr. Zubowski are all very kind and made my experience a wonderful one!

I intentionally waited almost a year to write this review since my daughter's rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Zubowski last June 22, 2020 because I wanted to see what her full result would look like. She was 17 years old at the time of surgery. it's been almost a full year, and I can honestly say we are completed thrilled with her result. The attached photo is from her 6 mos follow-up visit last December (top are the before photos and the bottom are the after).

Even though it was only 6 mos post-surgery, we were so satisfied with the result at that time. So now it being almost been a full year post-surgery her result is amazing! Not only are we happy with the cosmetic (outside) part of the nose, Dr. Zubowski was also able to fix some issues she had with not being able to breath properly, snoring, and frequent bloody noses.

She now can breath so much better and hasn't had a bloody nose since her surgery. Aside from the surgery, the office staff are friendly, courteous and professional; right from the our consultation through all our follow-up visits (one more to go this coming June). This kind of bedside manner from receptionist to the doctor was extremely critical for me since my daughter's surgery was during the peak of the pandemic and I unfortunately was not permitted to wait in the office while she was having surgery.

The staff were all so wonderful putting this nervous mother's mind at ease helping me to feel confident that she was in good hands and would be well taken care of. I can go on and on, but simply put, I cannot say enough and give my 100% recommendation to consult with Dr. Zubowski if you are considering any type of surgical or even non-surgical procedures.

If you are reading the review because you are searching for a plastic surgeon, I can assure you, you have found him. Dr. Zubowski is a talented, knowledgable surgeon. He listens and does exactly what needs to be done. You can trust him %100. I did and I'm so glad. I had my surgery with him 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. His staff are all so nice too. Believe me it matters.

This is a very overdue review that I've been meaning to write for a while. Back in July 2019, I got a tummy tuck mainly on the heels of wanting to address my diastasis recti and figured may as well get a breast lift at the same time! My results have been extraordinary, especially after losing a little weight since the surgery. I thought I'd never have a normal looking stomach again after two c sections but Dr. Zubowski worked a miracle.

I feel so confident and happy since getting this surgery. Yes, I will be honest, the first month or two was tough. I have a high tolerance for pain and this surgery, particularly the tummy tuck was no joke. You definitely need support at home, especially with toddlers! But it is so worth it and I have zero regrets getting it done and am so happy that I went with Dr. Zubowski.

Everyone I have ever encountered in my visits to the office as well as the day of surgery have been amazing. From Dana to Pat to Lauren, just to name a few, I always felt welcome and like I was part of a family during every single appointment. Dr. Zubowski and Pat in particular seemed truly invested in me and my results and I honestly can't imagine having selected another surgeon to do these procedures!

Recently had a breast augmentation done with Robert Zubowski. To start off the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Every appointment was on time, the location is beautiful and clean & his staff was amazing! Dr. Zubowski explained the entire procedure thoroughly & every question I had was answered in a way I would understand! I have never had surgery before, but everyone there made me feel so comfortable and I was not nervous for a single second. The surgery was quick and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly highly recommend!

Stay far away from this doctor back in 2014 I had a facelift by a Doctor Who should not have performed it dr Zubowski my face looked exactly the same way after I came out of six hours of surgery as it did before I had surgery months went by I was so sad and so upset spent over $15,000 for my face to look exactly the same way after going back to him numerous times and him trying to smooth it over he decided to dismiss me as a patient and couldn't care less how my face look like I asked for a partial refund so that I can go elsewhere and have it re-done the proper way or you could search somebody who really cared he wouldn't refund a dollar he couldn't care less imagine saving that money to finally get something if you waited so long to get an a doctor to just botch it up I can't even go into the sadness Take my advice stay far away from him believe me it's not worth the aggravation the sadness the stress and of course there are plenty and wonderful plastic surgeons that care about their patients after but not him please feel free to contact me I'll show you before pictures the day I had The surgery and I'll show you pictures a month after six months after one year after you tell me if I look like I had a facelift for $15,000. I've posted them all over I've showed hundreds of people and most of them have stayed far away from him

I was in his clinic about 4 times in 2016. he is VERY VERY VERY expensive his office do not transfer my calls or massages thought they try to work with you on the price it is still very high he is not always take insurance. not flexible with appointment

I absolutely love Dr Zubowski! Love his staff just as much! I just had the bags under my eyes done and they look AMAZING and it's only been a week. I love the way he listened to what I had to say. This is the only thing I wanted done, but if I ever wanted more. he's my guy! I do love his staff and will definitely be seeing them for maintenance issues as I approach my mid 50's and beyond! Thanks so much for everything!

I have been coming here for over 1 year to get facials with Jen to treat my acne. Since coming here, my acne has completely gone away and face looks clear, soft, and smooth. I use 3 products purchased here to treat the acne and they work for real. (I tried not using them and the acne came back!) Jen is extremely professional and really loves her job! She will listen to your concerns and give you advice based on your needs. Even though I moved from NJ, I still come here for facials because it's that good!

Very disappointed. I did a bad choice going to Dr. Robert Zubowski, or he simply advised me the wrong procedure. He didn't take seriously enough my needs and hopes. I felt he is more interested in immediate profits than in creating trust and patient loyalty. I literally wasted my time and money.

Worse plastic surgeon at Bergen County. this place is just a business. DO JOT BELIEVE AT THE GOOD REVIEW, pretty sure friends or people from his office do it for him. Stay away

I saw Dr. Zubowski for a facelift consultation. He tried to talk me into just Botox (note: injectables are a tremendous source of income with minimal work). I wasn't interested in Botox and he claimed that because of Botox and fillers, the need for facelift surgery has reduced. Perhaps but I was not interested. Fair enough. So the 1-star really isn't for him. It's for what happened afterwards He then asked if I wanted information on skincare (the key word here is "information"). Sure, why not.

He directed me to another room and introduced me to his skin care specialist. I noticed that she was unwrapping an Obagi skin care kit before I even sat down. Err. I just wanted information. Sure enough, the skin care specialist told me that I HAD to buy the Obagi skin care system which cost $400 since she already unwrapped it. After glowing claims about Obagi from the skin specialist.

I decided to go ahead and purchase it anyway (versus making a ruckus because I only wanted some information). My skin reacted poorly with the system (not the fault of Obagi) but I am aggravated that I was strong armed into making this purchase with the ol "take the wrapper off and it's now yours" routine. At best, this person acted prematurely and expected me to pay for it. At worst, this is done to force people to buy products. Either way. I won't be back.

I was referred to Dr. Zubowski by my Dermatologist after being diagnosed with a pre cancerous lesion. He took time to explain the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. The doctor and staff were timely, friendly, comforting and professional! Highly recommend! I highly recommend Dr Zubowski!

Professional, clean and the staff was beyond nice. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, this is definitely the place to go if you want to self improve anything. Dr. Zubowski was very nice and professional, Will definitely be back!

Stay away! I was very specific about the size of the implants I wanted. During pre-op, my husband was joking around with the doctor saying that he should make me bigger. So he did! He made me a full cup size bigger than I wanted. When I confronted him about it during a follow-up visit, he said I should blame my husband. Even the staff member who was in the room was in shock. This man should have his license revoked.

Dr. Zubowski helped me in ways I couldn't have Imagined. Yes, my procedure was simple (a scar revision) but he performed it PERFECTLY and it came out beautiful; giving me not only a pleasant looking scar, but a pleasant state of mind. My story is quite tearful to tell, but basically I had gotten a Stage 4 Abdominalplasty from another surgeon, and was left very botched.

The scar was extremely high, (up to my belly button!) The surgeon had promised a low, easily concealable scar right above my pubic line! I was a mess. I had too much tension so the entire scar was just a disaster. I could not walk up-right for 7 months because the doctor took out too much skin. I had seromas, incision infection from poor healing, necrosis, a crazy tight incision, and nerve entrapment. Dr. Zubowski helped me with the nerve entrapment.

My scar had healed poorly and the nerves had grown into the scar, they felt twisted, tight, and compressed with sharp, shooting pains. Dr. Zubowski re-worked my scar and freed all of the nerves! The scar is flat and feels great! Because of Dr. Zubowski's thorough consultation and skillful hands, I am finally able to close this 6-year disastrous chapter of my life.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SURGEON! He is amazing! I also just have to comment on his communication. He really LISTENS to what you want done, and if it can't be done, he will not cut you open. So many surgeons are so quick to tell you "yes I can do that, set up the surgery date". And than you come out looking like I did. Dr. Zubowski cares about the artistic vision of plastic surgery, not your wallet.

Steer clear. Dr. Robert Zubowski at the Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery performed a botched procedure which lead to my being rushed from his "surgical center" to Valley Hospital with a chest tube. I was assured that this center was fully prepared to handle an emergency situation - but it was not. The hospital gurney did not fit into the elevator - the surgical center was on the 2nd floor.

The paramedics needed to enlist the help of three other people (not medical staff but visitors) to assist them in carrying the gurney down a narrow staircase (with a landing in the center) bouncing and precariously tilting me as they did their best to get me into the ambulance. Frightening experience. Although I didn't have enough of a case for a malpractice suit, I'd like to warn others to steer clear. I've spoken with several highly-regarded medical professionals including my cardiologist, general practice MD, and nurses regarding this incident, and they are all in agreement that the surgeon cut too deeply resulting in my needing a chest tube to avoid my lung collapsing.

I understand that there were risks associated with the procedure; however, a facility that performs surgeries should ensure that patients can be quickly and efficiently transported to a hospital if needed. Steer clear. There are many other well-respected and better surgeons in Bergen County.
