I was annoyed about getting someone to call me for an appointment. I had to walk in to make the appointment as messages were left that went unanswered. Once I got scheduled, I had to wait three weeks for an appointment date. I later found out that Dr. Jones had other office locations. I wish I was told about it. I would not have mind driving for an earlier appointment date.

I finally saw him on 6/21 and I must say that he is ranked pretty high for me in my book! He explained my problems to me in which I clearly understood, and he provided me with my treatment options. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones for orthopedic care. I was told that he is the Best in the LowCountry and I hands down agree.

The office is nice and orderly. The staff was pleasant and organized. The appoint was close to the scheduled time, so I did not have to long. Dr. Dean was straight forward with the test results and explained the options and what could be done and let me decide on the final course of treatment to pursue. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Scott Strohmeyer was awesome, we connected on a personal level immediately. The knee injections are not always fun but he made it simple. I'll go back to hom anytime, Also the staff was very polite, responsive and very professional. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was in a room at 2:40. Thanks everyone, Brad

I have been seeing Dr. Salzer for nearly 30 years for various Orthopedic reasons. He has been one of the greatest physicians I have ever met. He has a wonderful personality, his knowledge is impeccable, he has a great humor, and I always enjoy when I see him in or out of the office. He's just a wonderful all around person. The BOSS practice and physicians are A-1 and I recommend them to anyone that needs any type of bone and or joint help.

Dr. Salzer is an outstanding doctor with strong communicative skills, explaining in detail my medical problem and how it can best be treated. He allowed me to ask questions and provided straightforward answers. I have faith in his diagnosis (he quickly solved an issue for me a few years back) and I would strongly recommend him to anyone with an orthopedic problem.

Dr. Dean provided an in-depth analysis of my knee issue that could be visualized and understandable. A future game plan was agreed upon and temporary solution executed. His knowledge and approach was confident, eliminating any doubt or concerns caused by the injury.

This office is always prompt, courteous and very concerned for their patients. They have provided expert medical services to 4 generations of my family. Dr Ralph Saltzer is the number one choice for my family. Highly recommend for anyone in need of orthopedic attention.

I'm new to the area and chose Dr Salzer based on his bio and feedback from people I have met locally. He listened and did a thorough evaluation and explanation of the X-rays and diagnosis before establishing a treatment plan for me. Definitely feel this was a positive first visit.

All healed after seven weeks! Dr. Salzar was great, his staff wonderful. From a broken bone to a full recovery after surgery; this went very smoothly.
