We make every effort to honor all time commitments and see you at the time of your appointment. Occasionally, surgery or an emergency may cause an unexpected and unavoidable delay, so please bear with us. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day and time in rare cases. We request your patience and cooperation if this should occur.
We require payment, including copayments, at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. If you have no insurance, you are expected to pay the fees in full at the time of the visit and prior to surgery, should you need it. You will also have to arrange to pay for hospital costs.

If so, we are excited to announce that our physicians are performing a minimally invasive procedure for patients who suffer from chronic sinusitis. This new procedure is called Balloon Sinuplasty, and it is very similar to a technique called "angioplasty" that has been extremely successful for patients with heart disease.
