Had a mri, staff were quick and efficient. Still need mask for entry. Good experience. A little hard to know where to go so reccomend asking when making appointment which building you need to arrive at.

I first went to Physicians East in February of 2020 and had a horrible experience. Had to return 2 times for surgery clearance with the same Doctor. I was going to change to another provider but decided to just change Doctors within the practice and am so glad I did. Within a week I have seen the doctor, had blood work (results within 2 hrs), had a MRI (results within 5 hrs) and a referral to a specialist. Everyone I have dealt with, this time around, has been outstanding, pleasant, kind and very helpful. I'm glad I have given them another chance.

I went here because my insurance pointed me towards the least expensive place to have an MRI. I drove two and a half hours to get there. They were rude to me at the front desk, the woman checking me in was annoyed my doctor didn't work AT physicians East and acted like it was weird I was there for an MRI. After the MRI, I tried calling Suzanne in radiology multiple times to get a copy of my results, I always get her voicemail, have left a few messages and have heard nothing back. My entire treatment is on hold because of physicians East's inability to communicate. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in and I feel let down by this practice.

I felt that everyone was truly concerned regarding my feelings. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism, and care I received. I do not dread going back. Dr. Alston is wonderful. Didn't feel rushed. She is being really thorough. I'm glad I got her as I am a new patient.

I had been struggling since August of last years with being sick every month. I got Covid In Late December. Struggled with breathing for over a month. My experience was a pleasant relief to finally get answers, and a course of treatment. The nurse, physician and staff were very kind. Their routine with going from one area to another was very streamline and professional. I'd rather drive an hour to see a team that cares than to spend hours waiting and waiting without answers.

Checking in was easy. I was greeted with friendliness and a smile. I had 2 test done in one day and came back the following day for 2 more. For both visits to the cardiology department, everyone I came into contact with were friendly, kind and was able to explain each procedure to me. That made feel comfortable. Great job to the Cardiology Dept. Thank you for your kindness!

I always enjoy visiting my doctor because I don't have to wait a long time. When I get in the office, she is always very thorough and checking out what ever is going on with me. I just love the staff. They are all so courteous to everyone who comes in. So thank you Physicians East for everything you do and are going to do!

Endocrinology is good. Don't bother with the Sleep doctors, they will not work with you and do not seem to be up on new information about medicines and research. Cardiology didn't believe me that my feet and ankles were swollen because "they didn't see it", like it would be possible to get an appointment when something was actually happening.

Check in and wait time were handled in a timely manner. Staff was polite and friendly. Dr Abid was very knowledgeable and was very attentive. She allowed me to share my symptoms and then explained her recommended treatment to remedy the problem.

I had my appointment Thursday morning and it was very pleasant. The receptionist got me checked in and in no time I was called back to see the doctor. The nurse got me situated for the doctor to see me. I probably didn't wait more than about 7 minutes and the doctor came in. We discussed my issues and she took notes. Suggested further medical treatment and a time and date was set. Very pleasant experience.

I was on Lantus diabetic medicine. I was switched too trulicity and told after 1 month to come in and take an A1C test. My blood sugar was high. The nurse asked me if I was still taking the Lantus. I said no because I was out of it. So I asked if they wanted me to get back on Lantus. That Jason 11/12. I keep calling and I still do not have an answer. It seems to me the doctor has no concern for my well being. That is doctor Shirley Patel.

Physicians East practices as a whole are a hot, hot mess! Waited 1 hour 15 minutes in the endocrinologists office today before walking out as I had another appointment. The OB/GYN office has yet to give me a referral to get my annual mammography. There is a strong family history of breast cancer and I currently have a cyst in my left breast; its now been 2 months since I was promised an appointment with the mammographer. Nothing. Ive called the office 3 times and get the total runaround.

The GP saw my husband FEBRUARY. Its now July and he is FINALLY getting a prescription for the blood pressure meds he ordered in OCTOBER. I've called my insurance company, I hope they're able to knock some sense into these so called doctors. Folks, run. To this group you are just a number. Wish I were back in New Jersey with my very professional, very conscientious doctors. Certainly not the case here in North Carolina.

I googled infectious disease doctors and found Dr. Thomas Gallaher who is where my surgeon said he was going to refer me to. When I dial that number and started telling her my issue, she stated he was no longer with physician east and I would have to contact him at his new office. I said "for God sake please update that so people don't waste their time telling you their problem for you to tell them that he doesn't work here anymore" she hung up on me.

I then called back and asked to speak to their manager Jeremiah to tell him he needs to update his people on Customer Service. I've been in customer service since I was 15 waiting tables all the way up until I graduated from nursing school and I have been providing customer service in the form of registered nursing for 30 years. Yes I was a little brusque at this point with the person, however, still no reason to hang up on me and not give me his new number.

I have been a patient at Physicians East for a great while now and and normally don't have alot to complain about as I am a once or twice per year visitor at best, however I am totally perturbed today which is the date of my colonoscopy procedure. For one, I had to take off of work to have Covid test done at physicians East which was ridiculous, quarantine for 72 hours and prep for the procedure, only to be told one hour prior to procedure that the lab did not have conclusive results of test.

For one, I could have had test taken anywhere and provided results but because physicians East is so money hungry, the test had to be done there and obviously by someone not experienced enough to swab properly. To take three days off of work and not have procedure done is unacceptable. As I also work in a medical facility, I know that staff calling me to inform are not to blame, but the way that this played out is unreal.

Worst medical facility I've ever been to. The lady was rude and short with me as she refused to test me for COVID even though their other office told me to go get tested there. Don't give them your business.

I currently have two physicians here and soon will have a third because I have such confidence in them. Having previously received treatment at Columbia Pres, George Washington, and Northwestern, my goal was to find compassionate, Board-certified practitioners. And I have done so. I get infusions every month and the staff in the infusion room are excellent also.

For acute illnesses, I have been seen a number of times at Urgent Care and have high praise for those practitioners also. All in all, I feel that I am in good hands medically.

We have lived in Greenville for 15 years. My wife and I have been patents of Physicians East the whole time. My wife has experienced many medical problems and has received the caring and medical services needed from several departments. My visits have been mainly for checkups with an occasional situation I wanted checked. No complaints. Very seldom do I have to wait and when I have had to wait I received an apology and an explanation.

I know I am not alone in my appreciation, People who write reviews seem to have a gripe. People who are happy rarely write. The number of bad reviews in comparison with the total number patients they see seems to indicate most have a good opinion.

I'm giving it 3 stars due to the wait. The care I received was excellent and had me in and out and with medicine I needed! Care: 5 stars Wait: 1 stars -- I had to wait almost 2.5 hours to be seen

Staff member in Greenville office called patient an a**hole within earshot, to the other employees. TOTALLY unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE! Patient was only explaining he didn't want to use a medication because of side effects and wanted a different one. And he was not yelling at her. There are others who will gladly do her job if she's tired of it.

They're really fast because, unless you have a very minor boo-boo, they don't do anything for you so you'll have to leave right quick for some other venue that can.

You'll get what you need and nothing more. This will take half the day minimum. Strike up a conversation with another unfortunate soul OR do what I did, run next door to Bojangles and get ya a CheddarBo or something. Welcome to healthcare for the insured in 2019. Don't let the staff ruin your day anymore than it already is. Oh yeah, take a phone charger too.

This place is an absolute joke. If get prescribed medication and have adverse reaction expect them to take up to 48 to prescribe you different meds. So basically you suffer and wait up to 4 hours to see a doctor and then when the medication makes you feel worst expect to wait another 48 hours to get it corrected.

Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. If you get through on the phone, be prepared to wait and wait and then wait more. If you leave a message with the nurse for your doctor, be prepared to not hear back. If all that is good quality care in your opinion, you will be just fine.

Doctors are caring physicians, but they need to fire and replace their administrative staff. They TAKE FOREVER to answer their phones, then transfer you, then drop your call. They are rude and clearly out for nothing but to take your almighty dollar. At one point, had insurance billing error, and they WOULDN'T EVEN SEE ME/TAKE APPOINTMENT until it was cleared up - which took about 6 months!

Thank God I wasn't in urgent need or something. Unfortunately, they seem to dominate (read as local monopoly) the medical care around here, so after nearly two decades here there still remains little choice. They suck, but it's all that's here.

Let me tell you what. I came in and waited in line like a good citizen. It was finally my turn to go to the window. Instead of saying something like "next" or anything else to invite me over to the window, I just get this dumbfounded look. We locked eyes for a good duration of time. Now mind me, I was a new patient. On top of the look, the front desk person made me sound stupid for waiting. The other front desk people said "next" or something to invite a patient over. I was disgusted with front desk that I left.

This is by far the worst medical practice in Greenville. The administrative staff are coached to overbook the majority of appointments so wait times are usually horrendous, which when coupled with the impersonal care of PA's doctors creates a major disservice to patients.

I got in and out of there in a timely fashion for an Urgent Care. The staff (especially nurses) were very helpful and attentive. If I am ever in need of an Urgent Care again, I am most definitely coming here!

Don't get me wrong, the doctors here are great. IF YOU CAN GET IN TO SEE THEM! You'd think this was the only dr office here in Greenville. I actually had an episode of pneumonia & the receptionist told me I could see my dr 3 weeks from the day I was calling!$&*! Or their usual response is you can go to urgent care. That's their answer for everything. With my insurance it costs me $15 to see my dr, urgent care it's $87. Find another dr if you value your health & your wallet.
