Don't go here. Most unprofessional and unethical medical office I have ever experienced. They refuse to consult with other doctors offices, the staff is rude and untrustworthy. They could not understand a simple recommendation made by another doctor and instead their nurses belittled me for asking them to consult if THEY did not understand the medical information sent to them.

I asked to consult my doctor and they said I was not allowed to speak to the doctor directly. Who has ever heard of not being allowed to speak to your own physician upon request?!? This doctors office is a joke.

I was a patient with Mount Olive Family Medicine a few years ago. I will start by saying I am not one of those people who goes to the doctor unless I am ill (I don't bother for a cold, etc.). I went to the walk in clinic on a Saturday morning and was turned away because I had not been there in the last 3 years, even though the website states New Patients Welcome.

I was told to call or come back on Monday. I called on Monday and was advised they are not accepting new patients, rather coldly by the lady who returned my call, giving excuses as to why they couldn't see me. She referred me to another practice, who is also not taking new patients. I was not offered the opportunity to sign up for a wait list or anything, just told that because they had dr's leaving, they would not see new patients. period.

My provider is Peggy Parks. She is wonderful. I love that there is an assigned provider each day that deals with walk ins. In fairness to the clinic, if you are a walk in you need to be patient when it comes to waiting longer than if you have an appointment. I haven't waited more than 15 mins if I have an appointment.

The provider I had was a physician's assistant named Peggy Parks. She was amazing. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. However, you will wait at least an hour in the office after being checked in, so be prepared to sit for a while waiting to be seen. This is something I was willing to accept to keep a great provider. However, the bulling office is difficult to work with so I had to leave because I felt they were unreasonable.
