The purpose of the Goldsboro Spine Center and our Goldsboro chiropractic staff is to get sick people well and to keep well people healthy. Our Goldsboro chiropractic office will be a home away from home where people, not a file number or an insurance card, can come and have fun, learn, be healthy, and share their lives with us.

We don't accept same day appointments on our website. For same day appointments, please call our office at 919-751-0555 and we will try our best to accommodate you. Many times people don't know how much stress they are carrying until they have a massage. It is as good thing to feel it and just let go of it.

I went about a year ago for a pinched nerve and it was great! $50 for my first visit, that included my x-ray and my adjustment and therapy. $25 all following visits. The only red flag then is when i left they pushed and pushed for me to come back 3 times a week for a few months! I came back a few times just to be sure my back was alright but they weren't understanding of my finances and were very pushy on me spending more money.
I come back in with my husband today because he's a mechanic and has a horrible back and neck, and i had a $75 gift card. Tell me why he paid $50 out of pocket and didn't even get an adjustment. Absolutely not. Shady chiropractor. We tried to get to the bottom of it, we were very nice and the receptionist is very nice but nothing about it makes sense!

I came there one time about 4-5years ago. I was having lower back pain and didn't know what else to do. When I came there every was extremely nice and it's a smooth transition in and out. During my visit we did exercises to look at my motion I guess and some X-rays. Naturally I was 18 trying to make it on my own, no insurance, trying to pay out of pocket.
Well I couldn't afford and they kept calling me because I owed 80$. So I paid 30-40 of it and was trying to scrounge up the rest because they wouldn't release my results until I did so. Okay, I understand that rule. But on today I still carry this same back pain. I couldn't scrounge up the difference so the sent it to collection. Okay, I'll get it when I can afford and just take the hit to my credit for now.
But all I'm saying is on this day today I finally made it to an orthopedic because the pain I've had over the years has become 8 out of 10 daily to find out that I've had a fractured spine this whole time that's been causing damage and inflammation because I wasn't educated on how to properly take care of it. I just kept going pushing through all these years.
I'm 23, today being told I will have to take pills and go through therapy and learn how baby my back during my daily activities from here on out. Worse case scenario an invasive surgery. I cried today. I just want you to know that if you seen this fracture on X-rays you took back then and chose not even a 100$ bill over my future well-being then that's says a lot. Money rules the world smh. I just wished y'all cared more. That's all.

Dr. Wagner and his staff are very polite, very friendly and yet very professional. The office hours are very flexible. I can call and get a same day appointment. I have been going here since March of this year and my husband has been going here since about 5 months and he recommended me to Dr. Wagner who is very caring, friendly and professional. He is has been working on my aching neck and back and I get so much relief after every visit I go in.

I have to say i love the way I feel after a month of having my neck adjusted. I had limited motion and was in a lot of pain. I now feel way better and will continue my treatment with Goldsboro Spine Center. Also, the staff is very friendly and feel comfortable every time I come in for my appointment. Thanks to everyone who has made my experience here one to rave about!
