Mr. Peacock was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of his profession. He was doing an on to job training he kept it straight to the point. Before he left he made sure everything was understood, well connected and I had access to him doing business hours. He did a great job with everything including training.

The staff at Wilson Medical Center had been truly amazing! Every single staff member treated me with a smile (albeit masked) and a willingness to help in any way I needed. Their excellent loving care is amongst the best I've received! Some of these people are: Denise - nurse at preop, Ashley and Karen in Recovery, Dr. B (?) & Jared in Anesthesia, Ashley, Susan, Dana and Hortense my floor nurses, Ashley my food ambassador, Ted -P/T, Antonio - O/T, and of course Dr. Yenni and his awesome staff! If I have to come back to the hospital again, I would want it to be here! I truly believe the staff aided with my speedy visit and early release to go home.

I recently went into Family Medical Supply to get set up with a CPAP machine. The whole staff were very courteous. Cassie who did the training for the set up and use of the machine was excellent. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and much encouragement. I would highly recommend them for your Medical Supply needs.

We are very much satisfied with the Service Provider by Family Medical Supply since September 2020. Our Provider has send the device cancel request on Feb 2022, customer support has confirmed they received the cancel request and going to send the person for pickup. We have waited and followed up the response was they haven't have the device cancel request in the system!
We came forward from voluntary device pickup by signing a document, they picked up the device. Now saying that still in their system devices are not picked up. This is ridiculous Experience. They are saying all the calls are recorded, I don't know the purpose of the recording, not sure they are really recording or not? The second issue was they have charged the bill for a month without my knowledge, even though i have requested not to deduct from my credit card, when the claim is pending with my secondary insurance.
Now they are asking me to call the insurance to speed up the claim processing and wait for 90 days to repay the amount in to my account if the claim processed successfully. I don't know what to do? To avoid this confusion i have to dispute the transaction and change my credit card. Else they will charge it again without my knowledge. Very very bad experience.

Easy to find, very clean, most of the staff was professional. I was there for a CPAP "training" and pickup. Everyone I dealt with were patient and knowledgeable. Another member was on the phone with a customer and was complaining to coworkers. That was very unprofessional. We can see and hear you and we know we will be on the other end of that telephone one day. Also, if you ask customers to come i n 10 minutes before the appointment please be prepared to start your session on time instead of 10 minutes after the appointed time.
Not a huge deal but it will show you respect our time like we respect yours. It is a crazy, stressful time right now and we all need to be at our best. Thank you for all you do.

FMS was very thorough in their review of my new CPAP equipment and how to use it. I've been a user for 14 years so except for slight variations in the equipment, there was nothing new. However, another client who never used a CPAP was in the room during this session and I wished my old service company had been so thorough, patient with questions and generally caring. Those are the reasons I'd recommend Family Medical Supply.

Don and Rick are some of the best people that work in this company. Hands down. If you ever need a recliner see Don or Rick. They will be truthful and they know what they are talking about. If I could give Don a rating, it would be off the charts. Seriously! He is a gem. They treat their customers like humans and not just another order number. That is rare in this day and age. Don has called me personally several times with patience and with the utmost professional care I have ever experienced in my life.
He should be recognized and rewarded! I will not do business elsewhere and that is a testament to the level of superb service my mother has received. We needed a hospital bed for our mother. After finally getting approval for the bed, it was delivered. Dexter, the delivery guy, provided excellent service. He was polite and professional. He set the bed up in a timely manner and showed us how to operate it. Thank you Dexter for your excellent customer service!
