I was brought to CCH by EMT last week and was admitted to the ER and then shortly after was admitted to the hospital. I can not say enough great things about all the staff that was responsible for my care & well being. They ran every test they could until they found the diagnosis. I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. Thank you CCH for taking such wonderful care of me!

Dr. Sajeevan discharged my mom from the ICU. I didn't even know until I went up there after work. She blamed it on the case manager. And the case manager blamed it on not having the proper number. although I went up to the nurses twice over that week to correct it. Doesn't matter, my mother was back in the ER the next day. She tried to convince me over the phone there was nothing more that they could do, even thought the ER doctor wanted to emit her.

She verbatim said "when a patient leaves the ICU and is discharged and comes back the next day it's not a good look". I told her, tough luck she is going back to the hospital. The new doctor. DR Seeby was awesome. Helped her. Talked to me. Then the new case worker was awesome. Even though the second round of doctors were nice and awesome, my mom passed away from small cell lung cancer about a week later. Dr. Sajeevan is not empathetic. Not at all. She doesn't care about the well being of the patient. If I would have listened to her, my mom would have died in pain in her bedroom.

Never had a problem here until recently when they reported losing incoming inventory and rudely implied for some reason that I was the reason for it. Working at a hospital can be challenging and stressful, but I'm cooperative and follow the same procedure every day, but they have hiccups on their end and want to use me as the scapegoat when they have problems!

Not to mention that the place is dirty and smelly, as are some of the off-putting personnel. It has left me with a bad impression of this establishment, which is shameful for a hospital that is supposed to engender trust.

If you have a death wish here's the place to go. My 8 month old baby woke up this morning in sweats, crying, and kept passing out. Took her to the ER as fast as possible, they couldn't get her registered because they were putting in the wrong birth year, got called to the back to get her temperature checked and they were taking their time trying to get the right temperature, as my daughter was limp, and couldn't stay awake.

So we tried to get an ambulance ride to Moore hospital, or anywhere with half way decent staff who knew what they were doing. The receptionist had told me to call 911 or wait to get admitted, so i had called 911, and the operator told me since i was at the hospital already so they couldn't do anything, which made sense. So we decided to stay, and they never admitted her.

They just asked questions, never ran tests, just blew her off as if nothing was wrong. We walked out of there with no answers. Not to mention their thermometers didn't work, and it costed almost 800 for them to do nothing. NEVER TAKE YOUR BABY THERE

Dr. Pinto, and Ultrasound technician Veronica will forever have my heart. They are the best, and they helped me with getting results in on my ectopic pregnancy. I would recommend them for my whole life, and even after. I owe them my life.

If given the option I would avoid this ER at all costs. Wife spent over 10 hours getting 3 tests done, waiting in the lobby in excruciating pain and never received any pain killers until the 9th hour. The pain was back related and was not given anything to lay on. Had to sit in a chair shifting every few minutes while crying. Staff saying they'll have results in 30 minutes and having to ask what the status is more than an hour later only to still not receive them.

Left in a room and was told someone would be back in 30 min and ended up having to walk out of the room after an hour to find someone to see what was going on. Terrible staff bedside manner. The list goes on. This ER was no busy than any other ER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had to bring my husband to CCH's ER a few months ago, and we had a great experience. The nurses, doctors, and techs were wonderful, professional, kind, and very good at their jobs. They addressed his horrible chest pain immediately with the appropriate tests and treatments, and helped set up follow up appointments with specialists.

I am currently sitting in the ER waiting room and have been for 7 hrs now, waiting to be seen my a dr or medical professional. I have been told they have no beds, that they're opening the other side once the manager gets out of a meeting, etc., and yet still waiting. If there are no beds why have they brought back several patients then? I get the severity order, however, my pain and medical issue should be treated as important, especially before 7 hrs and counting waiting to be seen.

My pain level is now at a 10. The receptionist told the charge nurse and still no one has even came out to say anything. Not an I apologize for your long wait, you matter, something, ANYTHING! Very unprofessional, and I can see why this hospital is rated so low.

My nephew almost died here during my sisters childbirth because they are negligent. My brother in laws grandma had a broken shoulder and was told to go home and take some Tylenol (90 yrs old!) I knew someone a few years ago whose father died due to the negligence at this hospital. My sister WAS an OR nurse here (left for obvious reasons) and could tell twice the horror stories I just did. How is this place still running? Absolutely unacceptable. If I'm dying don't ever take me here because they will make any horrible situation worse.

I came to this hospital a few weeks ago by EMT and was admitted to the ER. I was given a room fairly quickly and visited by staff shortly after. My care down there was adequate and my nurses, Clint and Iris, were amazing. I stayed there overnight, then was moved upstairs to the hospital for a night. My care upstairs was great. My nurse, Kim, was very friendly and conversational. Overall, my visit was pretty great. However, I will acknowledge that there were patients who had to stay out in the halls because there was not enough rooms available. It is unfortunate that the hospital doesn't have a large enough capacity because the staff (that I interacted with) was amazing.
