Ive been here 3 times in the past 6 years, and the place has really gone downhill since my first visit. The first time was great. Had a ingrown toenail and it was taken care of swiftly and effortlessly. (2016) Second time was mostly the same, another ingrown on the other foot, but this time after the treatment my nail started growing a patch to the side that was completely seperate from my nail. (Still have it) No pain and not a big deal, but since it was a bit rushed maybe it could've been avoided.? (Late 2017.?) Third time was my last time.

I had (and still have) growing pains in my achilles heel. First visit the xray machine went down the moment I stepped on it. No big deal, things happen (especially tech things!). Was told to wear a boot to immobilize my ankle for 2 weeks to help minimize a spur. Did so, without fail, and the pain increased during that time. Came back for a followup and got an xray and the boot removed.

Didn't see any spurs on the xray. but they're there! So I was then given a different boot to wear for 1 hour a day to immobilize my ankle. Did so, pain still was (and is) bad. On my last appointment they followed up, I told them the boots made things worse in regards to the pain, and that the last 4 days I could not wear the boot for 1 hour as it made things much worse during the day.

So I'm at the pain I was in when I came in, and have recently stopped wearing the boot which makes things worse. "Okay sounds good, just wear the boot any time it flares up and let us know if anything changes." Cool, 2 months of time wasted and 4 appointment bills later I'm no better off than when I came in, and you're not gonna do anything more to help me. Thanks. Then, 5 months after my last appointment I receive a bill for $41 with late fees attached to it.

Only 1 letter, wrong address, and no emails or calls. You're supposed to have 2 methods of contact by law. They admitted to me in person they do not call patients, only mail bills. (2021-2022) Stay away from this hell-hole if you have any real problems that need to be addressed. They only care about what insurance has to give them, and they don't deserve the 1 star I'm forced to give them to post a review.

A lot of these reviews are from 2 yes.old so here's a new one. Do not go to the w-s office. I seen Dr. Collard for a heel spur and he just rushed me out the door. No bedside manner, gave me a cortisone shot and told me to come back in 3 wks.,o nly for them to call and cancel my apt. Horrible place of practice

I came here in a lot of pain 1 yr ago they took a sample and were supposed to get back to me. A whole year went past and no communication from them. Horrible place especially considering I came here because I was in pain. They said im sorry im not sure how we did not get hack with you but they did not forget to bill me! Never going back.

I had a visit March 29 they charged me what they thought insurance should pay since I had not met my deductible, I had to call my insurance about something else and was informed this doctor over charged me my insurance paid and they KNEW that in April with an EOB and kept my money until I called to ask for it back. TERRIBLE practice you are stealing money like that

I had an appointment to get my big toes clipped for ingrown toenails on 7/2/21. Mashiah done a great job. I think she said that she had been on the job for about 3 days or a week. I was very pleased with the outcome of her clipping my ingrowns and she didn't hurt me. I really appreciate the great job she done. Thank you again Mashiah and I will be back to see you. I have always been satisfied at the Clemmons office with everyone. The best office I can ask for and trust with my feet considering I'm Prediabetic.

In the past, I mocked at podiatry. When in need I went to the closest office and it was here. I can attest about this establishment is tops. The admin staff is awesome and Dr. Collard is awesome. He is my current podiatrist and I will never go anywhere else for my podiatry needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The quickest and most efficient doctor's office I have ever been to in my life. I hadn't been in there for 5 mins and they immediately called me to the back then shortly after Dr. Walter came in and greeted me along with his assistant Megan : Very clean and organized office as well. Highly recommend people who need podiatry service

Dr. Falardeau Is great. He took the time to explain my injury and the best options for the best recovery time and outcome. I always felt well taken care of and all staff was very attentive! I will go back for any of my foot concerns.

I had issues with PF during the start of 2020 and I could barely walk most days. It took about 6 months and quite an investment, but it ended up being well worth the efforts and cost. I just finished up completing 18 miles of hiking over 4 days + golfing twice and I can tell you that I have absolutely 0 pain. Could not be happier with the pain mgmt and custom orthotics!

This is a private practice with a focus on patient awareness and respect. I felt they cared more about helping me become healthier than just making money. They were mindful of my time but took all my questions providing detailed info. I highly recommend Dr. Collard and his team for all your foot care. Great experience.

I have been a patient of InStride for about 3-4 years. I recently went to the Clemmons office to see one of the Dr.s ( I'd never seen before). Wallis took me back and she was so nice and friendly. She made me feel welcomed, and her smile was a nice addition to my day. And the Dr was awesome! He was down to earth and very informative! Five stars hands down!

Ok. I'm not sure what the great reviews are about. The doctor I had had zero sense of humor and zero personality. This was confirmed taking to a staff member after he left. Also, they swindled me out of $100. I had met my whole out of pocket maximum and they told me they needed a hundred bucks down and they would return it when insurance paid. Alarms went off in my head but I gave it to them anyway. Needless to say they were and are liars and kept my money.

Also the shoe inserts this quack made for me felt like walking on a cinder block with spikes attached. If you go here after reading this don't say you were not warned. Good luck.

I love Instride Foot & Ankle. The staff are so friendly and I feel like family. They really care about my progress and so attentive to my situation. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services. I wish I had found them before my 3 other foot surgeries. I'm sure I would be straight by now.

I've had a pretty rough case of Plantar Fasciitis that has made walking very painful. The staff here are all very friendly and professional. Treatment has been a breeze with great instructions to counter the issues I've had. I'd recommend Instride!

I had a hammer toe, bunion and bone spurs. My foot hurt with every step. After Dr. Donovan worked her magic, my foot is pain free. I have been trying to find the time to get the other one repaired ever since. I recommend her with 100% confidence. She guides you every step of the way!
