Filed complaint The OPMC is the office of professional medical conduct. Sadly, I know this after the abuse I experienced by Dr. Michael B. Finkelstein. Dr. Finkelstein abused his authority and abused me verbally in his office. He became unhinged and unintelligible during our session. His professional ability is impaired by his ego. He should not be treating those in need of care.

I had to wait over a month for an appointment with a doctor because "he is out of town." Two days before my appointment, I get a call that my appointment has to be moved to another month because "he is out of town." Will be moving to another medical group.

Manhattan resident who came for a Covid test while staying with family in Scarsdale- amazing service. Medical staff and all other staff were helpful and thorough. Could not have been a better, less stressful experience. Thank you!

This complex has every type of doctor you need. My PCP is located here and I go once a year for my annual physical. I haven't had any problems. The only minor thing is I had a cold and had to go to their Scarsdale location and get COVID tested before being able to see my PCP (all which was negative and I had been tested not too long ago). I guess this is a good thing to protect both the doctors and staff.

By the time this was all done I felt better and cancelled my appointment. I just wish they had the COVID-19 vaccine. Plenty of parking and handicapped parking is in the back of the building if needed.

Do not go here. Their billing is a disaster. It makes no sense and they will not help you resolve their own errors. Then they will report you to credit agencies for late payment of money you dont owe and mess up your credit rating. Besides that I find the staff and doctors to be rude and dismissive. They were completely out of line when they were borderline abusive to my pregnant wife for bringing me to the dr office when I was really sick and couldn't get there on my own.

Saw them for pain relief for a herniated disc. They didn't listen to me at all and made me take an unnecessary xray. On top they didn't do anything to treat my pain. They just wanted to charge my insurance. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I have used this "after hours" branch many times and have always had very professional attention. Not like going to "your own doctor" - and not a "hospital". But when you are in a pinch for something urgent and simple, this is a great resource.

Excellent IM seen on short notice. End of the good news. Admin staff are clueless; dysfunctional and have surly attitudes. Patient portal is useless without assistance from tech support. Westmed revisited in terms of patient experience.dreadful. Time to find an IM in private practice who employs competent admin folks who speak real English and actually give a damn. Avoid this practice group at all costs

Dr Goldberg is a great doctor but everyone that I have seen at the practice has been wonderful. They have great hours they have late hours walking appointments so you can always see a doctor even on Sunday.

I couldn't be happier with the care I am given here. I used to live in Westchester and have been with this practice forever. I am glad they are growing and have a massive facility to cater to all my needs. They must have about 40 doctors now specializing in all medical areas from cardio to derm. There are machines to test you for bone density, stress, ekg, exrays, etc.

I love the new facility, it's state of the art with computer check in, coffee, bathrooms, big screen TVs and tons of clean nice chairs. You walk in to comfort and relax before they pick and probe you. The doctors listen and care. My personal physician knows my name, recalls the name of my X, and always asks how my children are. I thank, Dr J Yuen for finding what is wrong with me and taking the time to make sure I stay healthy!
