Most caring professionals I have ever met. Love the whole staff. Dr. Pawan Bhatnagar has helped me so much. He refered me to Dr. Brian Marr, MD a Ophthalmology Specialist in New York, NY who performed biopsy on my left eye and diagnosed my lymphoma (DLBCL) Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. I have since gone through chemo with an associate of Dr. Marr a brilliant man named Peter Chei-Way Pan, MD who treated me at columbia presbyterian in NYC and my lymphoma has been eradicated from my brain. I thank these professionals every day for helping me.

Dr. Bhatnagar is by far my favorite doctor! I have been going to his office for 9 years, and he has always been so kind, compassionate, and respectful towards me. He is also the only doctor I have that genuinely takes an interest in my life and asks me about my job, which makes me feel like he sees me as a person and not just another patient. Dr. B is always so encouraging and when my eyes are doing well, he celebrates those victories with me.
I wouldn't trust my eyes in anybody else's hands but his. I am so grateful to have a doctor like Dr. Bhatnagar! Unrelated to Dr. Bhatnagar, the only downside of the office are the receptionists (especially the ones who work the front desk). The last time I was there checking in, instead of saying hello to me, the woman just glared at me and acted like I was bothering her. They have also forgotten to call in my prescriptions multiple times which has been frustrating.

This place is a mess. The woman at the registration desk is nasty and miserable. Limiting of "one parent" with a toddler for a 3 hour appointment when coming from 2 hours away without saying something a head of time. They make it seem like you're an inconvenience to them. Don't see you at your appointed time- having you wait a very long time to even be seen. Go elsewhere.

I was referred from another retina specialist since I needed surgery for a chronic detached retina in my left eye that went undiagnosed for some time. The initial specialist I was referred to from Optometrist diagnosed my retinal detachment but due to Covid wasn't doing surgery. Dr Bhatnagar and Dr. Langevin have been handling my care. From my first consult, the surgical experience, and into week 3 of my recovery thus far have they have been absolutely great.
Both are very personable and patient oriented. Since being under their care I always felt at ease and assured my care was a priority. Needing to see a retina specialist was something that came up abruptly but I am very grateful and fortunate for the care they have been providing. The office staff have also been great. I haven't waited more than 10 mins from my scheduled appointments and everyone I have encountered has been friendly and professional.

I posted a poor review last year and since then I've spoken to their office manager and I have to give the staff credit, they've gone out of their way to do things better since then. I do think they were experiencing a staff shortage and were trying to accommodate more people than they could probably handle at the time which effected the quality of service although their hearts may have been in the right place.

They did not give my son a very thorough explanation of what he would expect long term after his surgery. They gave us another patient's paperwork when we left the office. The doctors and nurses take days to get back to you if you call with a question about your recovery progress. And we've never gotten seen within 2 hours of the time of our appointment.
