The doctors are fantastic but the front office staff (three girls I see there when k go in) never answer the phone and have a very bad attitude towards patients and parents at the front desk. The biller was wrong about tests covered or not covered and would not see that she was incorrect even with insurance telling her. Aside from support staff like that, the doctors at this practice are absolutely wonderful. They care about the children and are very thorough and knowledgeable.

I agree with review about DR Green. I usually don't write reviews but this time I was very much unsatisfied with my migraines experience. Dr Green was extremely rough and aggressive with my 5months baby. He kept interrupting me and basically telling me to shut up until he was done. He was doing his job as if someone was forcing him to be there. Very abrupt and rude! I usually see Dr Halpern who though young has better bedside manners and more patience! I am looking to take my baby somewhere else.

Agree with review about Dr. Green. He is not nice to children. My daughter is not an easy patient but she is 4. Doctor Green's bedside manner for a pediatrician leave leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the other doctors (Dr. Halpern) are much better, but overall I'm not happy with level of service in this practice. Always made to feel like they are doing my family a favor by seeing my daughter. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

I've spoken to three different receptionists about having a consult before I have my child. Trying to make an appointment to do that was impossible. I had a receptionist who had a terrible attitude and was angry I wanted to meet with the doctor before actually having the child. Her response was the doctor will not take an appointment until the child is 3 or 5 days. She was pretty angry and at the point I was not going to argue. Not sure what is up with this place but I will not be going here.

I normally would not leave a negative review, but today that's changed. The receptionists that I usually deal with (I have 4 children and have been coming here for over 10 years) were not there. I understand that COVID-19 has changed many things, but it should not change communication and professionalism - especially at a pediatric office. On this particular visit, the receptionist was curt on the verge of being rude. I hope that this practice brings back the other ladies or trains this one better.

Office is good and doctors are good but very bad receptionists, no help by phone, they hold on the phone with no answer and end calls without answering or help for several times in different days. I am really upset. I came to their office from far, I think it is time to change office to get help easier than those

If you want to take your business away from them (which is mostly because they literally ignore you while on their cell phones when youre talking to them and their forms are unnecessarily geared toward forcing you into using them) they make it very difficult and all of a sudden have an attitude. They are only semi helpful when youre a patient, so I'm happy to be taking my records elsewhere.
I wouldn't be surprised if leaving this review makes my record request go even slower. Why should it take daysssss to get my childs records that belong to me? Not cool at all.

We've been going for 2 1/2 years. The doctors and nurses are all wonderful and and caring. Cute place too! Per the other reviews, I also had a few months there when I was really frustrated getting an appointment and almost switched. I complained and it turned out they didn't know people were having the problem and then learned the phone system wasn't working. It's been great since, so crisis averted.
