Bad experience. Sorry but the doctors and nurses are pretty unfriendly and if you try to work things out or try to describe your problem you hang in line for hours! Also you wait too long and they do not take the time to give advice or explain. Horrible for a person from another country who tries the best to understand. They make you feel uncomfortable and if you ask them to send something via email, what is a 5minute task, it'll take them days.
They are busy for sure but aren't we all? So it's a lack of Organisation and timemanagement there. The communication is not the best. But I believe if they want to they could do so much better.

This place needs to be shut down. Please call NY Consumers and file a report with NY health department. They are denying people service on medicaid because medicaid hasn't paid a balance yet even though medicaid hasn't denied balance. How is that the patients fault? Also, they are extremely unprofessional and rude. Very uneducated workers. I've seen undocumented individuals pay to play and they get full service. AVOID THIS PLACE! Just look at the reviews!

Do not come here if you are pregnant! I have witnessed 3 miscarriages. Both were open doors fault, instead of caring for their patients they ignored calls and refused to hand my aunt her baby updates. She started spotting and the ER proceeded to tell her her fetus was already dead for a month (she was 4 months pregnant). My sister in law aswell, she was told she was 12 weeks pregnant, started bleeiding trip to the ER and she was 6 months and had aswell had lost her baby 6 weeks in, she had just been told her baby was healthy at open door.

I switched from ossining open door because port chester was closer. So far looks like the doctors dont like patients to switch. not sure, but this was my impression. The first doctor that saw me even asked me once to choose one thing yo talk about because she had 2 other patients to see. Not sure if this is ok, but i kept calm even though I didnt like it.
I even thought about going back to ossining, but everyone has told me that they should still treat me as any patient. the reception people are nice so far, lab people too, they ate kind of funny
