On 4/26/19 I had a MRI completed at NYU Winthrop Radiology and I received two 3rd degree burns on my chest. The burns began inside of my chest underneath the nerve pain receptors, I was unaware of my condition until the day of discharge and on my home. I have yet to receive an apology, an explanation why it happened or any care from Winthrop. Tremendous cover-up and disgrace. Everyone there should be embarrassed they work for a group that doesn't care about the patients, all they care about is the almighty dollar
