The entire staff at Metro Eyecare is professional and extremely helpful. Dr. Jones was thorough in his examination and I felt that I was receiving the best possible eye care. I would highly recommend Metro Eyecare for vision needs.

Had not been to Metro Eye Care for a number of years but after my appointment today I will continue with them for my vision care. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Jones reviewed all of the tests performed & went over the results in great detail. It was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye care physician.

I started going here in college and I've never even considered going somewhere else since then. I've moved multiple times and it is always worth the drive. I even recommended Metro Eye Care to a friend who gets very nervous about her eyes and she felt the same way after her visit.

I recently visited Metro Eye Care for a well overdue eye exam and a pair of new eye glasses. I have been using prescription eye glasses for approximately 30 years, and Metro's customer service is better than any that I have received in the Metro East. Metro Eye Care has a good selection of eye wear. Bryce, one of the opticians at Metro, helped me select frames that looked better on me than other pairs I had tried on, and they were even less expensive.

When Bryce wrote up my order he explained the lens selection and did not try to sell me the most expensive lenses. When I received my eye glasses he was very patient with adjustments. In the past, due to over zealous adjustments at other stores, I have had behind the ear and nose bridge pain which often times led to severe headaches. I asked for slow adjustments; Bryce was very patient and accomodating. I returned two times (my choice) and both times he took his time ensuring the fit was comfortable. Customer service from all the staff makes Metro East outstanding.

First time going there. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating! Everyone was extremely professional and couldn't be happier with experience. Would highly recommend for those in search of a new eye doctor!

Dr. Jones is the best! I've been going to eye doctors for almost 40 years and he's my favorite. He's great with kids too! The staff is friendly as well.

Metro Eye Care takes excellent care of their patients, but you are not just a patient to them. They care about you as a person and are interested in your life and your overall well-being. From the time you walk in to to the time you leave, the doctors and associates are friendly and professional.

I've been going to metro eye care for several years now and I have been satisfied every time I visit. They are so friendly and welcoming. They do a great exam and always make sure that my contacts are perfect for me. As far as glasses go, they have an amazing selection! It's so hard to choose! They aren't pushy at all and let you pick exactly what you want. They explain things very well and make sure you get the best choices for your budget. It's been a great experience every time I go in!

Just wanted to comment on one of your fine employees, Bryce. Our new puppy chewed up my glasses so I went in to see about replacing them. Since my next annual appointment isn't for another 5 months, and after talking with Bryce, I realized it would be quite expensive to replace them. Since I really need my glasses, he suggested a more affordable alternative.

I told him I would think about it and left. After a couple of weeks I decided to take his advice and went in and ordered another pair of glasses to get me by until my next appointment. My glasses were ready the following week and I love them. Bryce is a real asset to Metro Eye Care and I just wanted them to know.

I hadn't had an eye exam in quite awhile and decided it was time to take care of that! I called my regular eye doctor and they informed me that he had moved away! So, I got on yelp to see what other places were near me. After reading the reviews for Metro Eye Care, I wanted to try this place. The great reviews were on the money! I was so impressed with this place!

Everyone was so nice and professional. I just loved the Doctor! She was so caring and calm. I loved how thorough she was and she took away all my worries. I am so happy that I gave this place a try! I have found a new eye Doctor! I highly recommend this place!

I have been going here for years and the experience is always the same--Fantastic. From the doctors to the staff, everyone is professional and friendly. The office is always clean and well presented and the staff is very helpful with explaining your benefits.

I go to Dr Tripplett-Jansen and my wife goes to Dr Jones, we both couldn't be more satisfied with the services we've received from their office. They have a great location, great hours, and they genuinely care about helping you see your best.

There are a lot of places offering eye care but I really like this team. The front office team is always hustling. They are trying to verify benefits or uncover favorable insurance options. The mid-level team is quick, thorough and knowledgeable during the pre-screening process. While all the doctors are great, I hope that Dr. Alicia Triplett-Janssen walks in for the eye exam.

She has the perfect demeanor and explains the details. Dr. Jones really helped me when I had a small piece of glass/plastic stuck in my eye. He was cool and calm while he plucked the debris from my eye. It was painless.

Exceptional service, friendly staff, great frame selection. Dr. Janssen was very friendly as well as the staff. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely recommend your office to friends and family. Update 11/2015 - returned for my annual check up and still very pleased with my exam and the staff. Friendly and extremely helpful.
