Dr C, Dr Alina, Dr Jobes, and both Nurse Practitioner's Jess Zeller and Jess Eastman are truly amazing. This office is stocked with the best of the best when it comes to providers, and while some may not be thrilled with the support staff. don't let it take away from the dream team who are there to treat and take care of your children. I am truly grateful for this office, and the immaculate care that my children have received here, as well as the support that I have received as a parent.
I have never had an issue getting an appointment, and have never felt like my concerns were not being heard. Dr Cristian and Dr Alina built this practice from the ground up, and truly care about their community and patients.

We've been going here for 2 years now with my 4 year old and 10 month old. We've seen all four providers and love all of them. They all have very different personalities but all of them are great. The facility is clean and inviting for kids and the front staff is nice and always helpful. Grateful to have a great practice near us!

Ellenton Pediatrics has been so good for my children. Whenever they are sick, they are quick and try the best to get them schedule right away. They also follow COVID-19 rules very well, they take sick patients through the back and well patients through the front. Doctors and staffs are really kind and patient. By far the best pediatric for kids!

I absolutely loved all of the providers in this clinic. They are wonderful and caring. However, all of the reviews about the front office and billing practices are absolutely true. They refused to collect my copay, and then I wound up with a $300 bill. They refused to see my sick child until I was on an official "payment plan". Then, because I missed 1 well visit, they discharged my healthy children and said we needed new patient appointments. Ridiculous business practices that are unpractical for busy, working parents. I wish they would clean out and replace the office staff, maybe we would've stayed.

Look somewhere else! Not a place you can build the type of relationship you would want with your child's healthcare provider. Your children are just a number, another payment in their pocket that unfortunately they feel can be easily replaced because there isn't a lot of options in our area - this is the only reason this office has a decent rating.
But I see more and more families are flocking to leave their office now, all it will take is another practice to open nearby. Front office staff runs rampant with unprofessionalism and I would like to say that the providers are good but I'm afraid they are aware of the mistreatment of customers and are okay with it. I left a message with Dr. Alina to address my concerns only to get a call back from an administrative employee with a generic answer and no way to reach a reasonable office manager or doctor to resolve. My daughters have been patients for 6 years, only to be left hanging. Disgusted!

I definitely recommend Ellenton Pediatrics. The staff is super nice, friendly and very informative. The doctors are top class - very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate with the little ones and the parents. As a first time parent it can get challenging at times to deal with a newborn, but Ellenton Pediatrics helped me get some relief by always taking great care of my little one. Their office is also super professional and fair when dealing with all patients. Great practice!

Doctors are great. The front office staff are disrespectful and unprofessional. Call them and see for yourself. 6 years we have missed 2 appointments (yes that's even through the "pandemic") they rescheduled an appointment by leaving a v/m now considered to be a 3rd "no show". Trying to discuss anything with the girls that answer the phone is nearly impossible. If you can make it through the elephant graveyard past the Hyenas your in good hands.

Ellenton pediatrics is hands down the best doctors office. We absolutely adore Dr. Alina, she has been such a god send to my girls and our family. All of the providers are great, they listen to our concerns and are great at communicating with the kids. When my children have been sick it has always been such a relief to be able to call the after hours number and Dr. Alina always calls to check on them. The girls up front are always so nice and helpful. I will never take my kids to anyone else! I am so happy to be part of the Ellenton Pediatric family

Disappointed to say the least. I scheduled a first time appointment for my daughter. I had to cancel 1 hour prior to the appointment. I made sure to cancel because they said if we don't make that first appointment our child cannot make another appointment. They have now blacklisted my daughter anyways stating we needed to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance. I had made the appointment that same day so 24 cancellation was not an option. I guess we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Highly recommend Ellenton Peds! Absolutely cannot say more amazing things about Dr Alina, Dr Cristian and the crew at Ellenton Pediatrics! They have been taking care of my kids since birth, which is 8 plus years now! Always there for us, always able to get us in same day for any issues. Most recently we were running late, and the staff was amazing in working us in. I can tell they care deeply for each one of my children! They Always go over and beyond. Highly highly recommend!

First I would like to state that our provider, Jessica Eastman, was always professional and very willing to work we needed on our request to delay vaccinations. So, we have 3 boys. 2 of which are fully vaccinated and 1 that was working to be. July 30th all three of my boys had an appointment: a physical and two vaccines. However, we spent the weekend with our youngest (almost 2) profusely vomiting and projectile pooping. Therefore, once in the room, I explained to our provider that I wasn't comfortable with him receiving a vaccine that day due to him still needing to heal.
She was totally fine with it. However, upon leaving I was badgered by the support staff to put a date down for a future vaccination. At this point, I was not in the frame of mind to even begin thinking about when or what time to schedule so I simply decline and said once he's well and I know our schedule (we travel frequently) that I would call and make an appointment.
The MA did not like that. Therefore, the Office Coordinator | Crystal Villarreal took it upon herself to begin the process of discharging my son from Jessica's Eastmans care. I was appalled. To think that a medical establishments is leaving the decisions as to whom to care for and why in the hands of a teenage- like, non medical professional is shocking.
Not once did our provider or the office doctor attempt to call and understand the patients side. Crystal only kept repeating the same words, "it's our policy" and "I'm their voice". Laughable considering the policy states, "we encourage vaccines per the CDC schedule." I should have not brought my children there considering all the negative feedback given by the community in the first place, but decided to give it a try and truly did like Jessica Eastman. It's unfortunate that Ellenton Pediatrics practices medicine this way.
They 100% do not have the patients care and treatment at the fore front of their establishment. It is all about doing what they want, how they want, and when they want and that's just purely unethical. 1000% listen to the moms and dads in the groups stating to steer very clear of them. You're child's health will not come first.

My wife and I have been using this office for over three years. It was by far the most convenient location to our home and they offer 24/7 on call services for help. We just decided to go to a different clinic and could not be happier. Dr. C and his wife (owners) never remembered anything about our kids, which means they don't read charts before coming into treatment rooms.
They charge for everything and don't ask questions about what is covered first. Over time I now understand they are just doing basic things and charging insurance companies as much as possible. If you insurance does not cover it or something has a copay you end up paying. Bedside manner is another problem the two doctors have. I have nothing bad to say about the NPs, but they work in an office that charges for anything possible. I do not like the feeling that my kids are only "cared" for to bill insurance/me. The only positive is location in Parrish. I recommend driving elsewhere.
