Had a terrible experience with Lorna Foster. We attended the appointment, was advised our kids have RSV as well as the flu because they ARE actively in daycare. left the appointment on terms that medicine would be sent in FOR BOTH called the pharmacy and medicine for ONE was sent in mind you they both have the same thing! its not medication that can be shared i have a 1 year old and a 5 month old with an extremely bad expanding diaper rash! and i expressed my VERY concern at the appointment! called the nurse line and left a vm after we got home because my 5 months symptoms worsen didn't get a call till next morning! re called nurse line again after getting my kids settled and was told to mix MORE OTC products that are NOT helping my son!

The front desk staff is not knowledgeable about billing they are rude and can't understand basic math. It is all about money. They don't care about the kids experience or the parents. I do also believe they made up something wrong with my kid to get extra money by making me come back. Stay far away we will never be back to such a horrible experience.

I had two situations handled poorly in my experience with them. 1. I had been seeing a doctor there when my now two-year-old was born. Right before her one-year birthday, he left the practice and they called to cancel appointments and didn't tell anybody why. 2. I had changed insurances, and after coming out of an 18 month well visit was told I owed $370.
They did not verify my insurance before the visit and did not inform me that this would be the charges upon leaving the office. When I spoke to the office manager, she was quite rude and cold and unwilling to discuss options. They ended up sending my account to collections ruining my credit score instead of returning my calls. Just awful. While some of the doctors may be good (the one I had been seeing who left was excellent), the office staff and those behind the scenes proved to be terrible.

I am a new mom with a 1 week old baby. When I called to make my baby's first appointment the woman I talked to was not kind; however, don't base your decision on who you speak to (although I know that's a big deal and first impressions are important). We chose Dr. Stacey Stout as our pediatrician, and let me just say I am so happy with our choice!
I met with her for the first time at my baby's second appointment. I ended up crying in the room due to breastfeeding. Dr Stout was so kind and encouraging and did not make me feel bad at all for crying, and assured me my baby was getting enough food (due to her weight increase). Dr. Stout was the first doctor to provide information without me having to ask.
She ended up answering a lot of my questions before I could even ask them. That is something I truly appreciate. Again being a new mom you realize you don't know ANYTHING, and it's easy to think somethings wrong. But Dr. Stout gave a ton of information on what's "normal" for baby's. I could go on and on, but I am truly thankful for Dr. Stout, her kindness and patience, her knowledge, spending time in the room with us and not rushing and being personable. So happy with our choice. Also I appreciate how they have you wait in the car until your appointment time, to eliminate the number of people on the waiting room.

I was a patient at Palm Beach Pediatrics when they had their location in Lantana (more than 15 years ago) and I now bring my 2 little ones here. Out of everyone I have seen, Dr. Shannon Segaloff and Dr. Kelly have really been outstanding. Everyone else has been great also! I've never had a problem getting in for an appointment, like with any dr's office there can (sometimes) be a wait but honestly, it's pretty rare.
I do appreciate all the precautions that they are taking with COVID, especially since I was bringing my newborn to be seen during a peak. Within the same day, the portal is updated with all forms and a summary of the visit which I truly appreciate so I don't have to remember everything! I highly recommend this pediatric office.

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. There are times I've waited a while But there are also times I've been in and out earlier than scheduled. For the most part we wait around 15 maybe 20 to be called. That's with me arriving ten min early in case of any paperwork. I would rather have the doc take time with the patient than rush through everyone. We see Andrea for my son for past 5 years as well as the past year for my daughter and every time she's listened and is thorough and explains everything.
We've seen Fisch a couple times when Andrea was not in and he too was thorough never rushed us and explained everything and listened to anything we had to say. I've also reach out via portal with questions or prescription refills and I'm always answered quickly. The staff in front is usually always nice and professional as well. I think I've had a rude encounter maybe once in the years I've gone there.
Bottom line they always have taken great care of my kids and you get the feeling that they really do care about their well being. We completely trust the docs and will continue to see them!

I have brought my son to this office since he was born 7 months ago and my husband nor myself have ever left an appointment there feeling happy or confident, only upset and confused. Every single time we have been there, we have waited way too long before getting up to ask the front desk if they forgot about us or something. At our last visit, we waited in the waiting area for 1 hour and watched a million other kids be taken back before us.
We got up and asked, like always, if they were going to call us soon. 2 minutes later they finally did. We went in the exam room and the nurse was totally unprofessional and so unprepared. After she left, we waited another 10 minutes or so and in came the NP and saw us for SEVEN MINUTES. We left infuriated and felt like we did nothing but have our time wasted. That was our very last visit there, we will not be going back, EVER.

This pediatric clinic is a small office, but cozy and personable. We have been going to Dr. Mohan for the last 3 years and couldn't be happier! Nothing fancy here just 1 on 1 care from the doctor. You have her undivided attention. I have always been able to make short notice appointments when my kids fall ill. I highly recommend Dr. Mohan.

I've had the best experience with this pediatric group. My children have been going there for years and usually see Dr. Fox, but seen all of the other doctors at some point and have been happy every time. The front desk personnel are very helpful and work with us when needing a sick appointment. I like to that they have things to offer patients such as CPR classes, etc.,
