Literally changed my life. Dr. DeLange is by far the coolest surgeon on the face of the earth. His staff also follows in his footsteps and creates an atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed & comfortable. I had a breast reduction. If you're looking for a sign, HERE IS YOUR SIGN! My procedure went so far beyond perfect it's unbelievable! But here I am, living my BEST LIFE! I owe it to Estetica Institute.

Dr Delange is an absolutely wonderful, intelligent, and skilled surgeon. He has done four procedures for me, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. He holds your hand through the process and makes sure you're comfortable and happy. I highly recommend him and his staff. Everyone is super friendly and caring. I absolutely love this place. The service is amazing and the art they do is outstanding. Amanda is always so helpful with the entire process and makes sure to sign me up for the loyalty programs. She is so knowledgeable and so sweet. Desiree is an artist and filler genius. She is so helpful when it comes to deciding what you need done. She helps you to stay looking natural and beautiful. I walk out of there feeling more confident then ever! I can't recommend this place enough!

I have been a previous patient of Estetica Institute & Dr. De Lange. My family and I joke that he is our families Plastic surgeon as we have all used him as well as refer him frequently. I decided to give Desiree a try with my fillers & botox. She definitely knows her stuff. I was very comfortable with her and extremely pleased with my results. Amanda is a great addition to their family as she made sure we stayed within budget and were comfortable moving forward. The whole environment is just top notch!

I did my research before deciding to choose Dr Delange for my Liposuction. He made me feel extremely comfortable and realistic about my results. I totally appreciate their staff as well. Amanda made sure I was properly prepared before and after my procedure. She has a very bubbly personality which made me feel like I was more than just a patient. Dr Delange and the entire staff at Estetica are the absolute best. Amanda is incredibly caring and supportive and Katie and Desiree are hands down the best PAs in south Florida. If you need anything done or just want to look and feel younger, estetica is the place to go. I would not trust anyone else.

Dr. D is a top notch surgeon. I recently had a mini tummy tuck and breast lift, and let me just say I am blown away with the results! So much better than I even expected. Dr. D made me feel comfortable from beginning to end, he is truly the best! I have also used Desiree in office for fillers and she too was great, at time of injections hardly felt anything and loved the results. Lastly, there is Amanda in the office who is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, her infectious smile always makes you feel welcome. Love this practice!

Dr Delange and Louise are awesome! My daughter and I came in several times and had a few procedures and can't be more pleased, still healing but he has worked on everyone in my family and the results are spectacular. Dr Delange is a wonderful surgeon and behind all good surgeons are the staff. I can't say enough positive words about Louise she was there for me EVERY step of the way.
She was kind, patient and assuring as I asked a LOT of questions-gorgeous inside and out. Surgeries can be stressful leading up to and the subsequent days but throughout Louise was there for me reassuring and soothing. If you're considering surgery, shots, facials or whatever, this is the place to go. You'll be treated like family, family you love.

Desiree and Katie are amazing! This was my first time at a plastic surgeons office and what an experience. I went to Desiree for cheek fillers and some botox. She's an artist! She really knows her stuff and was so gentle. I went to Katie right after for a laser treatment (she does fillers and botox too though) and I am impressed. She's so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. My results speak for themselves! Highly recommend these ladies for anyone who needs a spruce!
