To encompass more medical services for you, I am now performing endoscopies, i.e. gastroscopy/colonoscopy, and taking care of patients that need hospitalization.

Dr. Vastola received his medical training at Midwestern University (formerly Chicago College of Osteopathic Medical School) graduating second in his class with all post graduate training M.D. He passed his M.D. boards and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Following his Gastroenterology Fellowship he was accepted at the Mayo Clinic for three years to train in G. I. Immunology which he accepted then turned down at the last minute, because he was offered the Chief of Gastroenterology at the Deaconess Hospital.
As my wife and I walked up to the West Palm Beach Courthouse after 2 weeks of trial, we both realized that within a few moments, our whole life could be ruined. With a monumental verdict against us and a malpractice insurance policy that would only cover $250,000, annihilation is the only word that would.
This 22 minute show starred a zany cast of real people and show brief snippets of their lives as they pass through Dr. David Vastola's Palm Beach Gardens clinic. From the moment Dr. Vastola entered medical school, he wanted to help people live strong and healthy. That desire has only distilled further through the 40 years he's been practicing.

I have no idea what the bad reviews are all about. This guy has helped me several times when my gallbladder has acted up and did not perform butchery surgery like 99% of all of the corrupt gastroenterologists in the area. He actually suggested some herbal treatments that helped my situation tremendously without having to take drugs. Now I know there's plenty of people that love to go to the doctors office just to pick up more prescriptions but I am not one of them. I'm feeling much better now and I still have my gallbladder thank you Dr. Vastola for not removing an important organ! Peace

Somebody posted awful things about the late Dr. Vastola and I wanted to address them to get the record straight. Contrary to what said person posted, I am not family or a paid reviewer. My family and I have seen the doc as our GP for over two decades. There was a time my parents were going through financial strife and didn't have insurance so Dr. Vastola would consistently give them steep discounts by not charging consulting fees, etc. so that it wouldn't hit them so hard paying cash.
When I told him I prefer natural remedies over Rx, for most things, he would suggest at home remedies or herbal supplements in lieu of meds. The only times he'd prescribe something was if I had a sinus infection or such. He was always cheerful, listened to every word you had to say no matter who you were, and a jokester which made visits very pleasant.
Everyone has bad days where they act out of character. maybe the nasty reviewer caught him on a bad day, or maybe she was having a bad day and wanted to lash out at someone, anyone. I am currently in process of becoming a Sheriff's Deputy and wish I could see him again when I do my physical exams. By the way, the staff at the office is amazing. And the doctor that is practicing at Dr. Vastola's office now I'm sure was hand picked by the doc and is very much great too.

It's the same story! Nothing changes. Dr. Vastola and his Staff are nothing short of wonderful. It's hard to believe that a Doctor can make you feel as if he really cares, but, believe, because it's true. He is a caring and brilliant Doctor. I think we all know that feeling when you walk into a Doctor's office and the person greeting you, appears indifferent.
Not this Staff. They explain details to you, and, happily. This is a happy office. They are all skilled in their field, and, with personality plus. Dr. Vastola's skills and knowledge of Internal Medicine is broad. The Doctor is driven to heal. The office is up-to-date on everything, including equipment. Dr Vastola is by far the best doctor I've ever been too. He has helped me enormously with many of my health issues. He was the only doctor in 20 years that found out what was wrong with me vs. just treating my symptoms. Doing labs, x-rays, and ultrasound all in his office has been such a convenience and a time saver. He is very thorough, kind and extremely patient.
His office staff is very accommodating, kind, and extremely hard working. My only regret is I didn't find Dr Vastola sooner. Thank you Dr Vastola for all of your care and hard work. I am so thankful to have you as my doctor.

Beware! I am not writing this to waste time I am trying to help you all. This guy is the worst. First of all he doesn't know anything about modern medicine. He's a con artist. He is a "Doctor" Who gets kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company and keeps prescribing medications. He is not interested in helping people. He is interested in keeping his pockets full and keeping his patients sick.
He is also very rude and vulgar man. He talks down to women and has a huge disgusting ego. If you want to stay sick and get awful super outdated "medical" advice then this is your guy. He is a joke to even call myself a doctor. please do not go to this man he is horrible. You can do research on your own for free and it be better. Any good ratings on here must of been family or paid. Please find a good real Dr

I've been a patient of Dr. V's for 34 year's and I have sent many of my family and friends to him! Dr. V has always been there for me and has taken wonderful care of me! I couldn't have a better Dr. Jessica his PA is absolutely fantastic! She always takes her time and she really cares for her patients! I hope she never leaves there! Robin Clarke.
