We've served Hillsborough County since 1977. As we continue to grow serving Southern and Eastern Hillsborough County, and OB in Lakeland. We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and must uphold strict standards with regard to quality patient care. One Stop Shop: We offer multiple services at many of our facilities including adult and pediatric medical care, dental care, pediatric dental care, x-rays, lab services, pharmacies, podiatry and more!Each of our providers, nurses, and medical team members provide exceptional care and service to each and every one of our patients.

Suncoast's Pharmacy team works alongside our providers to provide you the medications you need. If you use someone other than Suncoast CHC Pharmacy for refills - call the phone number on your prescription bottle. If you currently find it difficult to pay for your prescription medications and need assistance, Suncoast can help!

Suncoast Community Health Centers, Inc. is governed by an all volunteer, 11 member Board of Directors. A majority of our board members are patients at SCHC and the remaining directors offer the extensive expertise necessary to oversee the organization. It is with deep gratitude that we recognize these individuals for their tireless support of our mission.

Suncoast Community Health Centers, Inc. (SCHC) is a non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization that provides primary and preventive medical, and dental services at eleven practice locations throughout Eastern and Southern Hillsborough County and OB in Lakeland, Florida.
