This was my first experience with Melissa Clark, PA-C - fillers. I will say she is confident and truly experienced with listening intently and devising the most effective solution for my concerns. Her methods proved exact with nearly no sign at the injected location - this is a big win due to my tendency to bruise easily and having to utilize ice treatment and covering with makeup.

No extra effort necessary! Melissa was able to tap into her myriad of skills and deliver the desired outcome in spite of obstacles. Thank you Melissa, I am beyond pleased with the results.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk lady, who has no idea what is going on. Don't ever give your credit card information over the phone. The will take your money and tell you, you awe more for some hidden no show fee that you were not told off or were aware of when making the appointment. I have been coming here for months and because of the rude checkout lady and shady business they lost a client. Save yourself some trouble and find another place.

I recently had a couple procedures done here. The facility is beautiful and very clean. However; at no time did anybody introduce themselves when they can into the room. They were very nice but I didn't know who they were or who was doing the procedure. Also. before I even went for my procedure I called and left a message and nobody called back. I most likey won't be going back if this is how patients are treated.

I brought my 87-year-old mother-in-law to their office today for an appointment. They put us in a very small room and the PA came in. She was not wearing a mask. In order to keep my elderly mother-in-law safe, I politely requested that the PA put on a mask, and she flat-out refused, and we immediately left. I was absolutely shocked. I could not believe how unprofessional, uncaring and disrespectful this MEDICAL office was. Stay safe and stay away.

I usually would not comment on this type of business but since it affects me personally I feel I must. Over 4 weeks ago I had a simple procedure done which required blood work. But, unfortunately I am not experiencing any of the expected gains I was told about, so as apart of the treatment I had my blood work redone to see what if anything has change or needs remediation. But, I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls or discuss the outcome of the blood work.

I have made numerous phone calls and left at least two messages to no avail. I'm curious as to how much money one needs to spend to get professional service and follow up with a medical procedure such as mine.

I've been to this center 3 times for cosmetic procedures (Botox/fillers). The entire staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. I didn't feel weird, even though I came into it with a very conservative mindset. When its my face, I'm not shopping for a bargain. There is zero attempt to upsell any products or services, but they are very candid about pricing and potential outcomes.

If you have an opportunity to work with Melissa Clark take it! She has deep background and expertise and works to ensure that patients are well informed before taking action. Highly recommended.

I've been a client at the facility for over 20 years. I started with Dr. Hunt receiving vein procedure and through the years started seeing Kristen who is great. However the past 5 or so years I've been with Melissa who I just love. She is very professional snd really listens to my concerns and takes her time with me. I have been going to the Vein and Cosmetic Center for at least 15 years. I've had laser, hair removal, botox and filler. This is the most professional place I have ever been to. I have never had a negative experience. I have had several different people do my treatments over the years and none of them have ever let me down. I feel they really care about their patients.

She has had many opportunities to let me spend my money, but she will tell me to wait until next time, because I dont need it yet. I absolutely trust her technique and judgment. Vein & Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay treats the whole person. They listen to your needs and wants. The entire staff is quite professional, friendly and well versed in their area of expertise. You can feel confident of the results of what procedure you are getting done because you see it in the mirror. I researched other places for cosmetic treatments. Vein & Cosmetic Center was the office that stood out.

It provided the educated professionals, a good value and many avenues for different treatments. Each month they post "specials ". These specials give you the opportunity to try new things at a reasonable cost. Jessica is amazing. She heard my goals for my extremely sun damaged skin. Jessica gives you options and the benefits or drawbacks of what treatment you are requesting to have done.

No pressure or sales pitch. My dermatologist was shocked at the results of her treatments on my skin. There are really too many people on staff that I would recommend it would be pages long. It is sufficient to say that they are simply the best.
