This is by far the most talented and caring group of people specially Julie. She is amazing. She never pushes anything on me as other places have done in the past. I sincerely feel she wants the best for me and she works hard to make me look younger:) and more awake lol. Cannot say enough AMAZING things about this surgeon and staff at Elite Plastic Surgery. To address the reviews regarding a "fast bed side manner, " I would just like to say that Dr. Castellano is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to plastic surgery. I was worried after reading these reviews myself online and after meeting with him, I can honestly say, if it seems fast, it's because he knows his stuff.

He's double board certified for a reason and I work with surgeons daily and can honestly say he's one of the best in his field. He's so kind and truly cares. I reached out to him and his staff several times after my surgery and they addressed all my problems in a timely manner. My husband is in the military and they were able to accommodate my surgery date quicker so that I could have him take care of me before his deployment.

I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty and my turbonates reduced. Multiple surgeries in one site and I had NO under eye bruising, NO facial swelling and minimal tip bruising that only was red and not heavily purple or discolored. It was gone by day 3 post op. This speaks volumes for his surgical skills and the surgery team, including the anesthesiologist.

He was able to have enough control surgically and control my bleeding so well that I had almost NO bruising. AMAZED. Post op was without pain but not without discomfort, I had so much internal work done that packing was required and I hope I never have to do that again. But again they were very encouraging and helpful through that process post op.

To the staff, Chrissy your amazing and you are such a big part of why this has been a wonderful experience. The nurses or nurse practitioners are amazing and so knowledgeable as well. My nose is only 7 weeks post op and I have been able to breathe better then ever before. Plus I love my nose. I choose him because I wanted a very natural looking nose.

I have always lived with a deviated septum and a crooked nose. I was hoping to fix it one day but was very nervous. Then I broke my nose which made matters worse! So my friend suggested Dr. Castellano. I am so happy my friend referred me to him! My nose looks great and I could finally sleep without my mouth open! I highly recommend Dr. Castellano. Had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Castellano on October 12th. Pre op was thorough and easy and the day of the procedure went smoothly. The healing process was incredibly easy as well and honestly pain-free. As someone who bruises VERY easily, I was expecting 2 black eyes for several weeks but they never came. I'm not sure what magic he and his team performed for that to happen but I'm super happy about it.

I had a very wide point of nasal bone that I wanted gone and at 4 weeks post op it's safe to say it's gone! When I do my make up or look in the mirror I don't think about my nose anymore (I don't even have to contour it to look straight!) All the things I used to ruminate on are gone. I don't worry about the angle people see me from anymore and both sides of my face for photos are my good sides (my nose used to look very lopsided.) I had a septo-rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Dominic. This doctor is a nose saint. He has a great calming personality, great confidence, and extensive knowledge in the field of facial plastic surgery.
