Fish Hawk Urgent Care

I came to this place 2 times and they don't want to work or see patients. They don't care about people, they are the worse medical staff. I have an injury in my foot and without asking or see my foot in the condition I have they said that the x-ray machine is broken.,b ut then the girl said should be repair by the morning when they open. what a convenient. Just they are terrible people and bad human beings.

Horrible. No clear explanation for medication usage. "Dr" acted as if I walked into her living room BOTHERING HER ON HER DAY OFF. SHE WAS IN THE ROOM LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. NOT ATTENTIVE, BARELY HEARD HER, DIDNT SEND OVER RX FOR ALL MEDS TO PHARMACY. IF YOU DISLIKE YOUR JOB Please QUIT! HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN?!?! While waiting in my room, heard a Dr complain, saying: "They always want to diagnose themselves and get particular prescriptions". SO UNPROFESSIONAL

So thankful for the Entire staff at Urgent Care. After my mother's flu diagnosis the staff informed me that the medication prescribed was in back order so many pharmacies around did not have the medication that I would have to call to see if it was available. While in the clinic I started to call pharmacies and located the medication in Walgreens and in Publix.

However the medical assistant gave me a good Rx card to hopefully bring discount to the meds and thank God she did. In Walgreens one medication alone was $180 and in Publix it was $130 after using the Good Rx card they provided me my total was $47 for three prescribed medication. Everyone in the clinic was very nice and pleasant.

I never leave reviews but I must brag! Miss Brenda at the front desk is the sweetest person ever. She was informative, friendly, and showed empathy. My visit went by quick usually we wait for hours but this one was less than an hour!

This is our go to for care when our primary is closed. It is easy to get in and get out. I appreciate that Dr. Salvato doesn't just write a prescription, he will explain thoroughly and give the best ways to treat.

Doctor never introduced himself and very dismissive. Seemed to just want us out the door. The medication prescribed was never explained. Never asked about pain level or comfort. Wait was long. Didnt even look at me.

I was seen after an accident that left me with a ton of pain. The care and treatment was great. The physician was a wonderful lady who was willing to speak in plain terms. The issue I have is with their back office. I provided all of the insurance information at the time of service and received a bill 60 days later with no evidence of them even attempting to bill the insurance company. Have called and left numerous messages for their billing line with no call backs.

I took my daughter in for an allergic reaction. They sent her home with meds that did not solve the problem. They refused to give her a higher dosage and advised us to go to the emergency room. They got paid for nothing. Never again

DO NOTTT! Do NOT! come here several people i personally know have come here for uti pain only to be told they "didnt find anything". We have visited other clinics after only to find out that the infection has gotten worse! They clearly hire just anyone. I paid 130$ to pee in a cup. If u want to die come here!

I went yesterday for an infected thumb that was swollen, red, and painful. I waited three hours and paid $75 which I can rationalize because I got a prescription and at least the doctor saw me. I got to cvs this morning which is over 15 hours after the initial visit. The doctor never sent the prescription. I've been to the walk-in before so I know about the cost and the usual hour wait. But three hours and I still have to go see my primary care doctor which defeats the whole purpose. I'm not angry just disappointed.
