Dr. Aiello is now focusing his practice on thyroid and female hormone prescriptions and nutrition and weight loss. Over the years he as found he can treat most medical issues with diet modification and supplements. But when patients are low in thyroid or hormones then prescriptions are needed. He will be joined by his nutritionist LisaMarie Rowell who is building her own private practice.

Dr. Aiello had been a family practice physician in Spring Valley, California since 1991. He moved to La Mesa in 2013. He is an Osteopathic physician.
Weight Loss-we now offer several different weight loss programs to fit every patients needs, including lifestyle and budget. We are especially proud of our new Ideal Protein Program. We feel it addresses a huge need in weight loss for Americans. It addresses the overwhelming consumption of starches, sweets, and carbohydrates that is causing an obesity epidemic.

Dr Aielllo is a great doctor, First time I saw him was for PRP injection in the knee and then in the shoulder. He is now my primary physician. I trust him with my health decisions and refer others to him. You can trust him with your and your family's health. He always considers natural treatments first.

Dr Aiello figured out what's been going on with my health. I've struggled for years feeling ill, exhausted and off, and the other primary doctors I had told me that I was tired because of my age and the pain was arthritis.boy they were wrong. But Dr Aiello figured it out and FINALLY after 2 weeks I feel human and so much better.

I absolutely love this clinic, dr. Aiello is great but mary jo is amazing, she takes the time to see how you're feeling and addresses all your concerns and doesn't try to rush you out the door. I have been with them for 1 year now and i couldn't be happier. If you're trying to find an office that really cares, this is the place to go.

The fact he is the only doctor that tried everything possible to cure my back and neck problems with out surgery he also found that I have arthritis in both knees elbows hips neck and back but unfortunately for me I lost my insurance because I lost my job from having a screwed up back I can't see him due to no insurance or money to pay him any body that goes to him is lucky. iv seen other doctors in the past for the severity of long-term pain I'm having and had MRI xray and other test done and all that was said to me is there's nothing wrong with you the pain you say you're having is all in your head.
And then they'd tell me since there is nothing wrong that I must be making it up just get drugs and we're going to refer you to a drug rehab center so you can get cleaned up. Im like no I'm not a drug addict I don't like drugs I'm really in pain and how can you look at a patient and accuse them of what you're accusing me of and I left and never went back.
