Dr. Hanson is incredible! He is attentive and had a wonderful bed side manner that made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. I also can't say enough about his entire staff- Ashley, Ken, and the entire office staff are amazing! Very helpful and responsive to all my needs. I can't thank them enough for the the great care they provided.

Absolutely top shelf professional service from start to finish! I am truly Grateful for the entire staff! Hold on. that's not enough! From the moment I was greeted in the lobby to Cynthia my pre-op nurse and her teammates. My amazing Anesthesiologist Dr. to Mikala to Mark to Elena and her partner and my good friend Julie Elner and Dr. Hacker and his OR teammates!

Great Support Staff! Anesthesiologist was Amazing total trust in the Doctor administering the anesthesia and spinal block. Operating room staff was fabulous, made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hanson, a fantastic Surgeon, is amazing. He had replaced my right knee, 3 years ago, with great results. He just now did my left knee replacement. I can feel this one already is even better. Recovery nurses were very attentive and made me even more comfortable. Can't say enough about the whole staff and whole experience.

I had to go to the Grossmont Orthopedic Physical Therapy for 4 weeks. They are awesome! I had Sara for my first and last session, and Deb for the rest. I was in so much pain in the beginning and when my sessions were done, the pain is like a 1-2 compared to 8-9. They really listen to you and truly care. They are the best physical therapists I've ever had. And Dr Hansen is great as well. I highly recommend!

The nurses, PT therapist, and every single staff member were exemplary! They were attentive, kind and caring. They put me at ease from the first contact to the time I was wheeled to the car. The one interaction I had with housekeeping was as kind and helpful as the nurses. Dr Hanson and the anesthesiologist were the BEST. Thank you!

Dr. Hanson is amazing. He replaced my hip and I am "like new" again! Dr. Hanson and his surgery center operating staff were extremely professional but created a relaxed atmosphere which was very calming. Dr. Hanson exudes confidence and competence without any of the arrogance many surgeons display. I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way. If you need a hip replaced, Dr. Hanson is your guy.

This is my second surgery (knee and hip) with Dr Hanson. My son had surgery with another physician in the group as well. We are exceedingly pleased with the care we have received. From the congeniality of the office people, to the expertise of the surgeons and auxiliary medical staff it is certainly a five star operation all around. Everyone cares and I can't think of a more experienced and technically excellent hip surgeon than Dr Hanson.

If you ask around, you will find that to be the case. Non surgical options are always tried first, when appropriate, and everything is well explained, and that's important. Certainly the only place I would go to for my orthopedic needs, surgical or otherwise.

In connecting for my first visit with Dr Hacker, his staff was very professional and helpful and allowed things to happen that was beneficial for me. they were able to expedite my appointment and send out the necessary information and made the first appointment happen. efficiently and effectively. the doctors office was organized and congenial. My visit was a straightforward diagnostic meeting and advisement from Dr Hacker. Very good experience from my side and that says a lot these days with Covid.

When I arrived for my first appointment last week, I was greeted by my name, and even though we are all in masks, eye contact was made. Very shortly, the assistant took me back to the room. She introduced herself, weighed me and explained what would occur that day. Dr. Dubois came in, he asked the pertinent questions, looked at my MRI and set a plan in motion. Dr. Dubois seems like a very nice man, warm and caring, physician. X-rays were taken by a very courteous young man.

I was sent up front, the follow up was explained and today I received a detail call of the future treatment plan. This is a well-oiled machine; the office is well managed and very caring. Having worked for SHC for 14 years, I have high expectations of customer service. 5 stars all around.

DR Hanson and his assistant were super. Chilly in the office. Wear a sweater or long sleeves. I waited a very long time over 30 to 45 minutes just to get an x-ray and was there two hours, but considering Covid staff shortages etc. I would give them a pass. The staff and doctor were all very upbeat and pleasant. No complaining there. I observed staff being very pleasant with patients. I would highly recommend them and I don't give out a lot of recommendations.

Dr Hanson and his staff were professional and efficient! I'm so happy to have received his advice to help me understand my knee situation and prepare myself for the process ahead. Also for the short term Dr provided me a solution that has proven to be effective for me to resume my daily activities for now. Thank you Dr!

Loretta at the front desk is a doll. Always have loved her. Ken is the perfect Aide his bed side manner keeps you laughing. Kayley is the best PA Dr. Hansen has ever had. Super office all around. Everyone is pleasant and a joy to speak with. I am always willing to recommend this office to others

Dr. Hacker and his team are an amazing group of professionals! I had knee pain which turned out to be a torn meniscus. They were very welcoming and got me going through the process. All the way up to and after my surgery. They also sent me to university outpatient surgery center who were 5 stars as well! Don't hesitate and call them! #badassdr!

Visiting with my wife for her hip preop replacement appointment, I mentioned that my hip replacement that Dr Hansen had preformed a year before was becoming painful with certain activities. Dr Hansen turned and said "stand up", did an exam, diagnosed tendinitis, sent me for an X-ray, and 20 minutes later Ashley did a hip injection which provided immediate relief. It is always a great experience to "visit" the office and receive excellent care from the staff and as always, have a "sit down " with THE Doc.

My first time ever at Grossmont Orthopaedic was nothing but outstanding. No waiting, very efficient and everyone was very pleasant. I was expecting an operation on my shoulder, but Dr. DuBois suggested a much simpler approach that I was happy to accept. That was yesterday and today I am pain free.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Dr. Hanson was also polite and friendly and gave me hope that I would be able to walk again with a good quality of life. Dr. Hanson was prepared when he met with me, knowing my condition and understanding what was needed. What was most impressive is that Dr. Hanson gave an immediate solution, while the past two years I did not receive such.

Everyone I encountered in my visit seemed to know their job well. The office ran quite smoothly also. Your phone system is a little hard to navigate though. Over all, a very positive experience.
