A grate place to work and be a part of. It is supported by many benefactors and volunteers. Which they proudly display in there halls and they give you a history of how the hospital came to be. Along with the founders and their efforts, with out them the hospital would not be what it is today, a safe, welcoming and friendly place to go if you are in need of care no matter time of day.

I've had both good experiences and some so-so experiences at this hospital. But what really inspired this review is because I deliver Instacart on occasion and I only delivered one order yesterday and it went to the hospital. I have 59 out of the last hundred deliveries have given me a five star review. And I had one four star review. The rest didn't rate at all.
Every single review under five stars actually puts a massive hit to my income by the way. So, yesterday I get an order for the hospital. It looks like it was either to refill the vending machine or office snacks. Lots of cookies and lots of tiny baggies of chips. The store was out of a few of the items. I took pictures and asked if they would like replacements.
I never heard anything back even after waiting. So, I made a few replacements that I was authorized to make and refunded the rest. I delivered the order on time and followed the instructions to pull around behind the helicopter pad by the dumpsters in back of the hospital. My tip was reduced and I was given a bad review. Thanks Delynn! Get get an A+ for being both cheap and rude

It's tough to transfer from one Doctors office to another. After years in Monrovia, CA I finally had to make the change to my new community. I was hoping for the best but unsure what to expect. The rural health clinic has so surpassed my expectations. The staff, aides and nurses have all been kind and helpful. Ping Yang is one of the most thorough medical providers I've had the pleasure of seeing. It's clear that this small community clinic is a great place to be (if you have to visit a medical office).

This is the Best hospital that I have ever been to in my entire life! my nurse Troy made me feel so comfortable he was like a dear friend taking care of me and the guy at the front who was checking us in helped me find my insurance information he didn't have to do that but he did! This hospital is so clean and professional and on top of it I couldn't ask for anything more. thank you to each and everyone of the staff members and doctors and nurses there!

This hospital should be shut down or put under different management. The staff and doctors act in ways that are both harmful to patients and illegal and there is no oversight to prevent it. They literally shot me up with an opiate against my will to make me sick so they could send me down to arrowhead regional knowing my previously mild condition would become severe as a result of my inability to eat.
I went into a catatonic psychotic episode, from which I am still experiencing PTSD flashbacks, meanwhile the doctor responsible, Cheryl Reeder, is likely still behaving in this abhorrent and reprehensible manner

My wife went to the ER because she woke up covered in blood. Did an ultrasound and said nothing was wrong with her but she should see her regular doctor ASAP. Regular doctor instantly identifies cancer with a 9cm tumor that would have been clearly visible on an ultrasound. Then they hit us with a 3k non-itemized bill. Which they already negotiated with my insurance provider, who is covering well under the amount they should under my plan, thanks to their expert negotiations. Wonderful place to get scammed and have life threatening illnesses lied about.

Unexpectedly I had to be in the hospital for 5 days. I must say, what a great hospital this is. The ER staff was wonderful. My surgeon, anesthesiologist, and OR nurse were fantastic. After surgery, the staff were great. Because it's small, i didn't have to wait for anything. Each and every one of them were helpful. And the view above Lake Arrowhead was beautiful. Thank you all!

It's hard to put into words just how deeply grateful we are to the staff of Mountains Community Hospital. These people are some of the most caring individuals we've ever encountered. We took Mom there to the ER. Within just a few moments, they had her in a bed and were doing a very thorough work-up. Within less than 5 minutes, they moved her closer to the nurses station to be able to monitor her even more closely.
Throughout this whole experience, Mom was treated with dignity and respect. She was eventually admitted to the hospital for several days. After seeing the amount of care and understanding that was being given to her, we were able to go home late that night, knowing that she was in capable hands. Everytime we visited, we were welcomed and immediately brought up to date on what was happening.
We also received calls at home letting us know how things were going. When we called the hospital, we were never treated like we were bothering them. Instead, we felt as though we were on the same team for helping Mom. When we finally brought her home (much improved and feeling much better), we had a home health nurse contact us immediately and come out within just hours.
Prior to Mom coming home, the hospital set-up and sent over oxygen and a tech to show us how to use it when Mom came home. This little gem of a community hospital is actually the star in the medical care crown. If all hospitals were run and staffed like Mountains Community Hospital, everyone would receive remarkable care and attention. Thank you for everything you've done.
