Always a pleasant experience. The wait is a little long, but worth it.

I asked for a referral and it's been weeks with no call back I even followed up myself only to be told someone would give me a call back and it's been 2 days and now I've spent all day just simply try to get through the phone to a human.

This clinic is way better then the one in Mendota the one in Mendota your there all day waiting to be seen this one in Kerman is better to me. Sometimes you wait a long time & sometimes you in & out fast. On the days the babies get there shots they take forever. But other than that I rather go here. My doctor is good not like the ones in Mendota

Very unprofessional! If I had the option I wouldn't even put a one-star for this clinic. If you have COVID-like symptoms they will tell you that you need to be tested before any doctor can see you and then they stay about one week until they give you the COVID test results and once it's negative and you schedule an appt they will refuse to see you because you have a cough?! RIDICULOUSLY UNBELIEVABLE! I Don't recommend this clinic to anyone. They are uncaring and very unprofessional

Staff is ok and waiting time is the worse. Our time is also important as the doctors. We patients are late for the appointment they would want us to reschedule it and they can make us wait for 2 hours or more. I keep going back here because of the doctor. Dr. Grasser is the best doctor!

Never had a problem until now. I called the 800 number to re-schedule and I couldn't get through. I just want for some one to answer. Oh well, I guess I will keep on trying.

My kids appointments were at 2:45 pm and 3:15 pm. it is 3:31 and We are still waiting. This is not how appointments work, if you give someone a time and they arrive even before their appointments they should at least he seen as accordingly.

My appointment was at 9. I arrived 15 min before and waited 2hrs before being called back. Then waited 30 minutes before the Dr actually came in the room

First visit to establish a physician, appointment at 8:00 am At 10 called to sit in room for.over 20 minutes. I didn't care for sitting in waiting room so long with ill people.! I left, not going there again. Vision people were fine and speedy though!

The girls in the front are supper nice but the one that do the X-ray for the teeth there so ruff they cut you and they don't care if that little plastic thing is cutting your mouth I got a lot of cuts in my gums after that

Terrible service. First time visit and if I could give half a star I would. Waited 4 hours to be seen. I arrived to my appointment 15 mins. early but never expected to just sit and wait while walk-in appointments were seen before scheduled patients. I was given a lame excuse that the doctor had come back from vacation and they had triple booked her appointments.

Three other patients were there and waited just as long. Will try again because I really like my doctor (followed her from another clinic) but if this is the norm I will have to find another doctor. If you come here be sure to bring a book or something to keep you busy. They had no magazines and it is so noisy that the TV can't be heard. Staff seems clueless or just do care.

By far one of the worst drs office with customer service. Spent 15 min on the phone waiting for them to answer and it just hangs up. Had to call again and spent another 10 minuets waiting. The girl on the phone sound very unprofessional with a "lazy" tone. Sounded as if she wanted to hurry up and set my appointment as fast as possible. Not to mention she was rude until I asked for her name, "CATHERANIE" and her managers name. Then she started to kiss butt. This is the last time I am coming here, and I do not recommend this clinic to anybody.

After being a patient of Kaiser, Adventist and everything in between I have settled for the care of United Health Center. One of my good friends is actually a provider at one of the locations and she is constantly telling me how much she enjoys her job and everyone she works with. So, after a really long and bad visit with Adventist I made the switch over and I've been very happy ever since.

I no longer wait lifetimes in the waiting room. I no longer get the run around and walk out the door with pills I'm not sure if I should take. I no longer am told I'm fine and with time I'll be better. Instead, I have answers. I have concern. I have care, and to me that's such a big deal. I remember on one of my visits I actually cried because I was told "well let's run some tests and see what's causing this" instead of ignoring my pain and misery.

I have already recommended this place to family and friends and they to are happy with their experiences. Dental and optometry are outstanding as well, and I love that they are all in one building!
