We aim to supply general medical care and urgent care in a friendly enviornment. We are well known in the communities we serve because we put the well being of the patient 1st, and because we work tight to be make care accessible. Access to care is a high priority for us. Our offices are situated in the centre of the community in Oakland and in Stockton.

Dr. Lovato is a 4th generation Oaklander whose family is originally from New Mexico and Durango, Mexico. He grew up in Jingletown and went to Lazaer and St. Elizabeth School. He attended UC Berkeley and went medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He has been serving the East Oakland and South Stockton since 1997.

I have been going to Dr. Lovato for several years. I really appreciate his service. He has been very supportive with me through out all of my health issues and ailments. He is very patient, understanding and kind. I did not find that in my previous doctors

Great doctor, very experienced, I have had medical issues for the last two years, and doctor Navato has been able to take care of all of them, if not him personally he has sent me to the right specialist to deal with my issues, I recommend him to all my friends and family, I had a visit today and I was in and out, the staff are very friendly I hope they are around for a long time. Thumbs up!

So this is my first time being here at this clinic and apparently the people who rated this a 1 star is true. I came here at 2:10 PM and right now it is 3:56 PM. What the hell is going on? The workers there are so unprofessional as well.

I've never seen such an unprofessional office. Staff came late, ignored patient when patient want to check in and didn't call patient according to appointment time. There's no point in getting appointment when the wait is 2-3hrs to see a doctor. On top of that, you have to tell the staff after 2hrs of waiting, that you have to leave because it's taking too long, then the doctor will come and see you.
