As a new patient, I had the perfect experience here. I came in for Dysport and laser hair removal for the first time. I thought the staff was very nice and professional and both of my appointments have been on time. The office was extremely clean and pristine and it felt very COVID safe. For my services, I saw Nurse Ragen. She was very friendly and patient with me.

Since it was my first time getting any type of treatment like this, she walked me through step by step and made sure I was making the right choices for my skin. I felt extremely comfortable and that I was in good hands! Nurse Ragen was able to answer all of my questions and alleviate any concerns I had. The services were painless and I am extremely happy with my results!

My skin has never looked better! Nurse Ragen also made sure I connected with Carly in the products department and she got me set up with a skincare routine that has been working perfectly for me. I would give this place a 10/10! Highly recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about this office. I was referred to them by a friend who had a condition no one else could diagnose. She raved about them but I was not so confident at first needing to wait so long for an appointment as a new patient, but they did put me on a waitlist AND called and got me in sooner. (pleasantly surprised) I see Hageman and he is phenomenal.

He instantly knew what my issue was with my skin rash. He gave me medicine and told me to see how I did. (I had exhausted multiple other treatments with no improvement over 12 months) and within 3-4 days it was almost all gone! I highly recommend them!

Carly in the product room needs to work on her attitude. She is rough, at best. She is more concerned with selling you products rather than making sure they are right for your skin. Overall the staff at this place are really bad. The doctor should wake up from all the bad reviews and get some new staff.

All of the staff at Roseville Dermatology are amazing. I have been going to them for almost 10 years. They are friendly, helpful and caring. And their product room is top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any dermatology or skin care services.

The girls here are extremely rude, unprofessional and not fit to work in a medical office. Their customer service is actually terrible and I will never return. If I were the doctor here, I would be embarrassed to employ some of the woman he has working under him. I would want a different crew of people working for me because they make this office look bad, when it has so much potential. Trust me, and take your business else where. This place is a joke.

I saw Ashley for the BEST platinum Diamond Glow facial EVER. Ashley is SO sweet and very thorough in identifying my skin concerns, explaining each step of my treatment and the products used. She answered all of my questions with ease and checked in with me throughout my treatment to make sure my skin was feeling ok and that I was comfortable. She gave me the best facial massage I have ever received.

Once my treatment was complete my skin was absolutely glowing and I was beyond relaxed. We chatted about products to achieve my skin goals and then she passed me off to Carly who is equally sweet and knowledgeable. My entire experience from beginning to end was amazing and I can not recommend Ashley enough! The entire staff at Roseville Dermatology is awesome and I can't wait until my next appointment.

If you're looking for a non-invasive way to improve your skin, then Ashley at Roseville Dermatology is your answer! I saw noticeable improvements after my first treatment and have been a regular client since. My skin can be temperamental, but I've never had anything but amazing results with the Diamond Glow. Ashley takes the time to understand your skincare needs, and does a great job explaining everything. It's clear that she really cares about her clients. I recommend booking with Ashley, and following her and Roseville Dermatology on Instagram for last minute appointment notifications, deals/specials, and skincare tips.

Me and my husband have been going here for years. And l called today for appointment to have a few things removed from my face which is cosmetic. Also was going to make appointment for my husband too but didnt get that far. The secretary tells me because l havent been seen in a while they want to charge me 190.00 as a new patient. Which l have already paid the first time being seen. Im not a patient now? even though my husband and l have been going there for years l go there all the time to purchase things and all of a sudden lm not a patient unless l have been seen? This is just so wrong all about $$.Their policy doesnt make sense!

Roseville dermatology has been the best dermatology place I've ever been in I worked in dermatology for 11 years and Carly loves helping patients she is amazingly sweet helps you with the best skin care you can have for your skin this little place is a gem I can't imagine that place without Carly she is the reason why I go there she makes dermatology one of the best Also everyone that works there is so nice and helpful I'm so happy to a found them

Without going into personal details, they are rude and unprofessional. I would suggest you bring your business to an office who appreciates it.

Although I enjoy uplifting small businesses and sharing great experiences with fellow Google Review users, I also think the feature of "reviews" is a great learning tool for some businesses when necessary. Today I had an experience with the administrative staff (billing) at Roseville Dermatology that could have been handled differently. The context: I missed an appointment and as a new client I wanted to get clarity on the $75 fee for missing the appointment. (Now, I do think the office could do a better job at following-up with clients on upcoming appointments.

Who wants to miss a facial? Most medical offices nowadays send an automated courtesy text or email reminder but that's just my opinion.) Back to context, when speaking with the billing department to further understand what was charged vs. what was to be held on my credit card for rescheduling the missed appointment, I was spoken to with an air of annoyance and defensiveness.

To be told "It's your responsibility to remember your appointments.or Should I cancel your other appointments?" completely lacks customer service and professionalism - and this is coming from someone who lives in NYC! I hope through this review the woman I spoke with today in billing can reflect and seek ways to improve communicating with all clientele.

Dr. Ha is absolutely the best. Thorough and very professional and kind. He went above and beyond in the past with different concerns. He's done my yearly checks and a biopsy. He also took an elderly friend under his care and treated a condition that another Derm could not figure out. He is truly amazing. I had to switch my insurance, and sadly I'm not covered anymore for their office. I'm truly sad, as I had my first visit with a new derm recently and it was terrible. Dr. HA I really am going to miss your knowledge and professional kindness! Thank you

David has- no joke- saved my life 10+ times. I went to UC Davis for a skin check and they didn't catch melanoma that David found. I won't trust anyone else with my skin! They are thorough & I am very grateful for Roseville Derm & their staff.

LADIES.IF YOU HAVE UNWANTED BODY HAIR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE ASAP! I am almost 25 and have been living with extremely excessive facial hair since puberty. Seriously, it was bad. I had some laser hair reduction done ten years ago but I never finished the treatment and it grew back. Flash forward to last month and I had my first treatment with Celeste.

She did SUCH an amazing job and the technology they have is incredible! The hair is almost completely gone from my face after ONE treatment and I still have five left to go! I can't wait for the next one and I am so thankful to Celeste and Roseville Dermatology. My life is changed already! 15/10 would recommend!

The level of care I have received at Roseville Dermatology has consistently exceeded my expectations. I have been cared for by Dr. Ha for several years now and will continue to see him for all my skin care needs. Dr. Ha is professional, kind, and skilled. His staff is remarkably compassionate, caring, and helpful. They have always treated me with the greatest respect and have gone out of their way to provide excellent care.

I love the exceptional care and services provided by the wonderful staff at Roseville Dermatology! I have visited for both medical and cosmetic needs, and am beyond satisfied with the improvement in my skin. The administrative staff and estheticians are absolutely lovely, the products are fantastic (thanks Carly), Coolsculpting Katie is a superstar, and Dr. Ha is a true expert that has always made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I feel very fortunate to live near this practice and would recommend it to others.

VERIFY UOUR INSURANCE BEFOEE YOU GO. I Waited two months and drove over an hour for my appointment only to show up and be told they don't take my insurance as I'm filling out their paperwork. Apparently someone is supposed to ask for a photo of your insurance card, but never did. This was supposed to be the one bit of goods news I had in a while and I was excited to start my healthy skin journey, but apparently being thorough wasn't that important to them. Time to start all over.

The staff here is very welcoming and friendly. I originally went in early October for a skin check. Dr. Dave and his team made me feel at ease and were very informative. Two weeks later I went back for a lipoma removal. The surgery went great. Quick and painless. During the procedure the entire team went above and beyond to provide a professional atmosphere and make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

It's been ten days since having the growth removed and I'm healing up great! The lipoma was the size of a tennis ball and something I had just accepted to live with. But now that it's gone, I feel more confident, and comfortable with myself! Thanks to Dr. Dave and his team for everything!

My appointment felt very rushed. I'm a little late writing this as my appointment was about a month ago. I had a handful of questions regarding my skin. Now mind you, my doctor was VERY friendly along with the rest of the staff. By no means was I treated poorly or felt uncomfortable. I asked for some recommendations on oil free sunscreen and before I could even open my mouth to ask a few other rather important questions, the doctor grabbed his things and said his goodbyes on the way out. Since my appointment I'm struggling with my skin even worse than before I went in. If I had more time to ask questions I wouldn't be writing this.

The best dermatologist I've ever been to. I'm in my 50's and have been to many. He was thorough and had great bedside manner along with a sense of humor which to me is important. It's hard enough seeing doctors. So glad I have a place to go where I feel taken care of.

I wanted to write an updated review. After my Yelp review Molly contacted me right away to apologize and she got me in to see Dr. Ha. He was very nice and took his time addressing my concerns. I really appreciated the way they handled this situation and took good care of me.

I have been a patient at this office for probably about 7 or 8 years now. What brought me in was a severe case of Cystic, and what we would later find to be, Hormonal Acne. It was a very expensive experience and not just financially draining but emotionally. When your reflection crushes your soul you will do and buy whatever is out there with claims and promises of clear skin. Dr Ha was and is a brilliant Dermatologist.

Excellent bedside manner, he truly cares for your situation and helps you understand it. After experimenting with different treatments I was finally written up for a prescription that did the trick for my specific situation. I popped in again recently even though I have been acne-free for the last few years. I wanted to do a follow-up to see what Dr Ha thought of my skin's current condition.

My appointment was wonderful and it was great to see him again and get his professional expertise. He told me what he recommended and then referred me to his product specialist Carly. I scheduled with Carly and she was amazing. Friendly, warm and INCREDIBLY knowledgable. We discussed my previous appointment and she educated me, so that when I left, I walked out thoroughly and completely up to speed on what she recommended and why.

Absolute HIGHEST recommendation for this office, Dr Ha and Carly. You get what you pay for which reminds me of a quote by Linden Tyler (that I saw in one of the patient rooms) "Invest in your skin. It is going to represent you for a very long time." If however, you tend to walk on the *ahem* "thrifty" side (much like myself) they often have deals and specials. Carly will always help work within your budget too. I feel very well cared for and that my friends? Is priceless.

After several visits, I've decided that this office is focused on cosmetic procedures, not medical concerns. Even though the PA David is very nice, and accommodating, my treatments for sun damage and prevention of aging spots, will be in a medical office. The examination is the equivalent of speed dating. A fast, medical inspection/treatment is abrupt at best.

On my last visit, a young, officious, rough assistant was unacceptable at best. She was unpleasant, an abrasive communicator and pressed so hard while applying a bandage to a cut on the top of my hand, that it hurt. This young woman has no business working with patients in a help centered profession. When I asked for her not to return to the treatment room, the request was granted. David apologized, saying that the office was shorthanded.

The abrupt employee did not ordinarily work with patients. Good to know- I've since concluded that a medical environment with an RN in attendance, is more appropriate for my skin care needs.

Shannon Sgro has been helping me with my skin for almost seven years now. Prior to finding Roseville derm and Shannon, I had visited several different dermatologist offices all around the sacramento area. None compare to the experience I have had here at this office. I suffer with problem hormonal acne and deep cystic acne. Some cysts so big that I can't even sleep at night because of the pain.

Whenever I need some extra help with my problem areas I can always count on Shannon and the friendly staff to accommodate me and try to get me in as soon as possible despite how busy Shannon is. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and no matter how embarrassed I am about my skin she somehow makes me feel at ease and always finds a solution to help.

I walk out of this office every single time with a huge sigh of relief knowing she gave me the treatment and quality service I feel everyone deserves. I cannot thank Shannon and the whole team at Roseville Dermatology enough for the amazing work they do! I recently met with Dr. Ha for a second opinion, I didn't feel that I was being directed down the right path. He was very easy to communicate with and gave me a 3 step plan to meet my needs and also some simple and logical recommendations. The most conservative procedure was started about 3 weeks ago and I have never had better results! He also didn't want to freeze and cut, I like Dr. Ha and his staff! Tom Evans

This is by far one of the best doctors I've ever been to. Shout out to sherry, who did a couple acne surgeries on me. Changed the game. My dermatologist, Shannon not only cured my acne, but I also had keloids from an industrial piercing. Everyone here is really nice and have changed my life. 10/10

Just had my 2nd procedure done today. Face is currently swollen as expected from procedure so will post pictures of results from procedure 2 in about 4-5 days when swelling dissipates. Will also post additional pictures of how the results look 4 weeks after this 2nd procedure. FYI, Procedure 1 and 2 took about 30-40 minutes but have to come an hour earlier so they could draw my blood for the PRP portion of the procedure. Side note: Slight typo in original review. It was Julie (not Jillian) who has assisted Shannon through all my procedures and follow ups, she is awesome!

I have always had excellent service and care at Roseville Dermatology. I have never experienced rude staff and Shannon has always taken care and concern when checking me for skin cancer. I trust her judgement and she has never let me down. I just called for an appointment as I am concerned about another growth on my leg and the girl on the phone was so polite and willing to help me in any way she could. I have been going here for a few years now and I appreciate all they do for me! Thank you!

So this review is just for making an appointment. I'll update my review after I actually go in. So I called in early December to try to make an appointment for my hair - it took over 3 hours to get through - every time i called, the phone would just continue to ring and no one would answer. Strange, but I finally gave up and called later in the day and waited on hold for quite some time before I was helped.

That being said - the earliest appointment with the dermatologist was like not until March - that's 4 months out! it's a dermatologist - seriously? Well then I said what my issue was and they said to see the physician's assistant - i'm a bit skeptical for this but they said hair is her speciality so we'll see - this appointment was for 7 weeks out - end of January - first available.

So far - first impressions have not been good but we'll see how things go once my appointment hits :) And the reason why I chose this dermatologist? My PPO accepts them - they were first on the list based on location :)

Dr. Ha is experienced and able to help. Dr. Shannon is also polite, but the skin care treatment that she provided did not work (may just be my skin is different). However, I went in three more times, because the doctor asked me too. Promising that she would fix it, but never did. Whenever I visited, Dr. Shannon promised I wouldn't be charged, but bills would show up anyways. Paying hundreds of dollars already and the treatments not working, I had to contact the billing department to ask why.

They were rude just like receptionists who have time to talk with other staff members before checking you in. 2 stars because the doctors are at least professional, but to improve this establishment might need to hire a consultant to train staff on their social skills. I chose to ignore the first and second time I was disappointed, but three times deserves a negative review.
